I'm sure Alec can make whatever arrangements are necessary on his own.” Ariana nodded, said her farewells, and let Jason lead her back to her family's quarters. Alec watched them leave, questioning whether he should have pushed Ariana into making this trip. He'd wanted her to agree, but not if it put her at risk.
