"I love you, Cheng, and I'll be your girlfriend," Tatiana said, her voice shaking with emotion. Cheng's face lit up with joy. "You accept me? I love you more," he said, pulling her into a tight hug. He disengaged from the hug and leaned in, their lips meeting in a deep, passionate kiss.
Unbeknownst to them, someone was watching from behind, tears rolling down their face. It was Pistol, her heart breaking as she witnessed the intimate moment. "He's taken away, but I love him first," she muttered to herself, before turning and running away.
After the long kiss, Tatiana and Cheng gazed into each other's eyes, the moment stretching out between them. Finally, Cheng spoke up. "I have to go, I have something to do. Promise to see you later," he said, pecking her lips before leaving. Tatiana sighed, watching him until he disappeared from sight, before turning and walking to her room.
Meanwhile, Pistol was in a corner, crying. Adelaide found her and asked, "Pist, why are you crying?" Pistol's words tumbled out between sobs. "He's already taken by a stranger."
"Who is he?" Adelaide asked, her brow furrowed in concern. Pistol explained, "Cheng. I've been in love with him since I started working here. He taught me how to fight, and when I'm moody, he always brightens my mood. But now, he's in love with someone else, not me. I've been crushing on him for years."
Adelaide's expression softened. "Pist, that was just a crush, not love. You never admitted your feelings to him, so you have to accept that he's taken and move on." Pistol nodded, more tears rolling down her face. "I know, but it'll be hard."
Adelaide nodded. "Yes, it'll be hard, but you have to try your best and stop crying. You're too precious to cry over a man." Pistol smiled weakly, and Adelaide cleaned the tears from her cheek. "It's been years, and you'll find someone who loves you, okay?" Adelaide reassured her.
As Adelaide turned to leave, a clap echoed from behind. Winter stood there, a sly smile on her face. "So, you've been in love with the boss for years," she said. Pistol's face darkened. "That's none of your business," she snapped.
Winter's smile grew wider. "Oh, I think it is. You know, you can fight to get your love back. What do you think? Want to work with me on this?"
Pistol stood tall, her voice firm as she addressed Winter. "I should work with you? Impossible. I know what you're capable of, and I won't work under your evil deal." With that, she turned and walked away, leaving Winter to smirk in response. "She's so smart," Winter muttered to herself, rolling her eyes before heading in the opposite direction.
Meanwhile, Adelaide spotted Tatiana lingering in a corner, a self-satisfied smile spreading across her face. "What's got you looking so pleased with yourself?" Adelaide asked, curiosity getting the better of her.
Tatiana's grin widened. "I've got some news - Cheng and I are officially dating."
Adelaide's eyes widened in surprise. "Dating? How did that happen?"
Tatiana launched into a detailed explanation, and Adelaide listened intently, her expression warming into a genuine smile. "I'm happy for you, Tatiana. You two make a great couple."
As the girls continued chatting, Lucifer sat in his room, scrolling through his laptop. A photo of himself and his siblings as kids caught his eye - two boys and two girls, all smiling and carefree. A soft smile played on his lips as he gazed at the picture. "You guys were so cute," he murmured.
The door swung open, and Winter sauntered in, dressed in a revealing outfit that left little to the imagination. Lucifer's expression darkened. "What are you doing here, and why are you half-naked?"
Winter sashayed closer, her eyes locked on Lucifer's. "I'm here for you, boss. You know what I can do. I'm here to satisfy your every desire." She reached out to touch his chest, but Lucifer swiftly grabbed her wrist, his grip firm. "I'm not interested," he growled, shoving her hand away.
Winter's smile never wavered. "Come on, boss. You know you want me. You've always loved doing it with me." She tried to touch him again, but before things could escalate, the door swung open once more, and Adelaide walked in on the scene. Lucifer's eyes widened in alarm as he hastily composed himself.
Adelaide stormed out of the room and slammed the door shut behind her, seeking refuge in her own quarters. Meanwhile, Lucifer's voice boomed from within, "Get out!" Winter scurried out of the room, a sly smile spreading across her face. "Looks like my plan is working. I won't let her take him away from me. Never," she thought to herself, her eyes gleaming with determination.
As she walked away, Pistol appeared out of nowhere, her eyes narrowing. "b***h, what have you done now?" she asked, her voice laced with suspicion.
Winter spun around, her expression icy. "It's none of your business. Stay out of my way," she snapped, before turning on her heel and striding away.
Adelaide retreated to her room, her mind racing with thoughts. Is she his girlfriend? she wondered. Why am I even bothering? It's none of my business. She lay down on the bed, trying to shake off the feeling of unease.
Just as she was starting to relax, a knock at the door interrupted her thoughts. "Who is it?" she asked, a hint of irritation creeping into her voice.
"It's me," a guard replied. "The boss wants to see you in his room now."
Adelaide's heart sank. What could Lucifer want with her? She followed the guard to Lucifer's room, her mind racing with possibilities.
When she arrived, Lucifer was pacing back and forth, his eyes fixed intently on her. "Why did you send for me?" Adelaide asked, trying to keep her voice steady.
"Are you angry with me?" Lucifer countered, his eyes narrowing slightly.
Adelaide's frustration boiled over. "You sent for me, can't you tell me why?" she demanded, her voice rising.
Lucifer's eyes flashed with amusement. "Are you trying to yell at me?" he asked, his voice low and husky.
As he walked towards her, Adelaide's heart began to pound in her chest. She felt a shiver run down her spine as Lucifer reached out and touched her cheek. "You look so cute when you're angry," he said, his voice dripping with amusement. "You haven't even changed yet."
Adelaide's face grew hot as she met Lucifer's gaze. She felt like she was drowning in his eyes, unable to look away. "Why are you afraid?" Lucifer asked, his voice softening. "I'm not going to harm you."
As Lucifer's face drew closer, Adelaide's heart skipped a beat. She felt like she was melting under his touch, her lips parting involuntarily. The air was charged with tension as Lucifer's nose brushed against hers, sending shivers down her spine.
