A Luna could be seen, her back facing the throne, with a male beside her. He was handsome and a bit older, and they spoke in low tones, almost a whisper, when a servant walked in.
“Alpha, Luna, word has arrived,” the servant muttered, and they both turned to face him.
The Luna was dressed in a long body-wrap dress with puffed sleeves and a high turtle neck, the side slit giving it an asymmetric flair. Her hair was let down, flowing in black waves. Her eyes held both piercing wrath and a glimmer of hope. Beside her stood her mate; her Alpha dressed in a formal black shirt and trousers with sheathed black shoes.
