"I found it! The flower is here!"

The female plucked the flower and packed it into her pouch, her gaze fixed on it. It was unlike any she'd seen before—its purple hue sparkled, and the veins on its leaves were mesmerizing.
"Let's go," the warrior leader said. She placed her hand in his, and he pulled her up gently.
He had jumped into the hole after her, his gaze sweeping around the cave, searching for a way out.
His eyes darkened. His wolf had taken control, and he sighted a light—it was coming from outside the cave.
"We should leave," he muttered. The female nodded and followed him, stepping cautiously through the rocky terrain.
She stepped on a stone and almost slipped, but in that instant, his hand gripped her shirt, steadying her.
