"Snow," Logan called again, and she snapped out of her daze.
She averted her gaze to the floor and bit her bottom lip, her eyes darting around nervously. Logan placed his hand under her chin and lifted her face. She met his gaze.
"When did you become this pretty?" he added, and she swallowed a huge lump. He didn’t realize when his eyes trailed to her lips.
They looked so soft, peach-like and a bit chapped. He didn’t notice when his eyes darkened, and Snow panicked.
She tried to push his arm away from her. Why were his eyes so dark? Something was definitely wrong, they were pitch black.
"You’re hurting me," Snow muttered, traces of tears in her eyes. Her mind raced. "Was he going to taunt her? Push her? Hurt her?"
