History always repeats itself. Years ago, it was love at first sight for Lea's father when he met his wife. Will it be the same for Lea Candice White?
It was a Saturday morning, and Lea had decided to go grocery shopping. As she walked into the supermarket, she was wearing her weekend outfit: blue shorts, a t-shirt, and her hair tied in a bun. Her beauty was evident, with her grey lenses making her look like a goddess, embracing her mixed-race identity. While she started shopping, she noticed a man in jeans, tall, muscular, and handsome. She walked straight towards him, expecting to talk to him, but hesitated when she thought about her past relationships. She lost hope, but the man had already set his eyes on her before she could pass him. "Hi, can you please help me? My girlfriend disappeared on me, and I don't know which brand to choose here." Lea didn't pay much attention to him and rudely responded, "You should wait for your girlfriend to come back and help you pick."She tried walking past but she needed something on that shelf that the guy was standing on. “Excuse me, I need to take something,” Lea asked, trying to avoid eye contact with the man. “I am not a monster, you can’t avoid eye contact with me. Maybe I am your future husband.” Lea was surprised but decided to look at the guy. “Didn’t you say you have a girlfriend, but you're flirting with me. But wait, your face looks familiar.” Lea had an excellent memory, though that guy wasn't the person he thought he was. “I am Leon Langley, perhaps you know me from somewhere. I am not a celebrity,” Leon said, laughing. Lea was still confused, but the last name was familiar to her, but she couldn’t remember. “Nice to meet you, Leon. I am Lea. I guess you are not the person I am thinking about.” Before she could even finish, they were interrupted by Leon’s girlfriend, Shanice. “Babe, I have gone for five minutes and you are now busy with another woman.”Lea left without even waiting to say anything. "I was asking for help since you disappeared on me." Leon Cora Langley was the son of the Cape Town billionaire business mogul Nathan Langley. He's the CEO of Langley Co-operation group in the Johannesburg branch, while his girlfriend Shanice is a consultant in the same company. She has been dating Leon for six months but doesn’t love him, she just enjoys the lifestyle and gifts that Leon gives her. They continued with their shopping. Lea was still asking herself why Leon looked familiar. She decided to search for him on the net. She was surprised by the shocking news. She immediately called Brandon, who was sleeping with another lady he picked up yesterday at the club. “Hi Brandon, you won't believe it, I saw Uncle Nath’s son, he looks handsome and damn tall.” Brandon was still in sleep mode. “Lea, you called to tell me about another man. I thought you were going to say we sold another house. You need to find a boyfriend; you are disturbing me.”
Lea was puzzled by Brandon. “I actually like him, Brandon, but he has a girlfriend that looks crazy. Bye, will talk later.” She ended the call not wanting to say much to Brandon. She was done shopping, carrying her shopping bags to her car in the basement. Lea had three cars, but today she was driving her Audi. “Lea.”Leon was behind. She turned around to see Leon calling her, but the girlfriend was not with him. “Where is your girlfriend, and you are Nathan Langley’s son, you look like your daddy, that is why you are familiar.” Leon was not surprised for Lea to find out this quickly, but he was impressed by the car she was driving. “Yeah, my daddy is Nathan, can I have your contact if you don't mind?” Leon wasn’t sure what kind of woman Lea was, but he found himself drawn to her. “What will your girlfriend say if she comes out of nowhere and finds me exchanging numbers with you, Mr. Langley?” The guy who was waiting for Lea took over the grocery and put it in the boot for her. Next to Lea, there was a silver matte Range Rover. Leon opened the car while he was still with Lea. She left without giving him the contacts.
