*Tobias POV*
"Mila!" we both shouted as we watched her struggle in his grip and fall, and he passed out.
___
*Few moments earlier.*
Beep, Beep, Beep.
The alarm blaring in my ear as I stood up. "Hmmm," I groaned and cursed Kade. He is the only one that will set this alarm for me to wake up early. I am sure he is already ready for school.
I went into the restroom and did my business. Did Mila come home yesterday? I questioned myself. Let me quickly check her room.
I went to her room and saw her sleeping weirdly, like she was lying still and breathing too shallow. I shrugged. Maybe she was too stressed after the party.
I went down to have my breakfast and saw my brother downing his morning coffee.
He glanced at me as I made my way to the fridge. I took a bottle of water and gulped it down.
"Good morning to you too." I just made breakfast for myself and went back upstairs to get ready for school.
"What time did she come back?" I asked as I headed to my room.
"I don't know, but it was before midnight and she was awfully quiet." Kade replied, not looking at me.
I went to my room and dressed before heading to my sister's room to wake her up.
"Mila! Mila! Mila!" I shook her gently as she stirred.
She looked confused for a while before standing up to head to the bathroom.
"Well, that's strange," I muttered. When I wake her up before, she will always complain about not having enough sleep. So what’s wrong with her?
"Mila!" I called. She grunted from the bathroom.
"Are you okay? You have been looking and acting weird. I came to your room this morning and you were sleeping weird. I woke you up and you just got up without saying anything, like any other day."
She came out looking more relaxed. "I am okay," she said, her voice sounding rough.
"Okay, I heard you," not believing her. "Whatever you need, you know you have me and Kade. Even though he acts tough, he gives you whatever you want."
She nodded and excused herself.
I went down again and saw Kade not moving from where he sat.
"I don't know what's wrong with Mila. She's been acting strange, and I asked her and she said nothing is wrong." I sat down beside him.
"Nothing is wrong, I think. If she has anything going on, she would have called you, right?" Kade replied, patting me.
"So let's go to school. And we need to head back home after school. The business needs us for a while, so you will put down this good boy mask and take that killer look with you."
"You know, I can only be a good boy and not a killer." I mocked, already anticipating the night.
Off to school. I went to Mila's room. "Should we wait for you, or will you go with the driver?"
"Don't wait for me. I will go myself," she replied, not without hugging me.
"Kade is still downstairs, right?" I nodded and she went down to him. She moved closer to him and hugged him deeply. I was so surprised.
Mila doesn't show emotions. She hides them deep inside and locks them. So her doing this seems odd. I could see the shock on Kade’s face, but he quickly masked it.
"Okay, enough of all this family drama. Let's go to school. Bye, honey." I kissed her cheek and pinched her face.
I didn't know I would regret not questioning her.

*Mila POV*
I love my brothers, but they both like to baby me. I am just going to a girlfriend party, not like I would go to a club, but I still love their fussing over me.
I raced to the car and headed to my friends.
Ping.
*To Clara*: I am at your doorstep.
The door opened softly.
"Come inside. Why are you still standing there? I told you to just come in when you get here." I could see some blush on her face.
I ignored her and went inside. "What are you all doing?" I screamed. The doormat was nowhere to be found. Dirt littered on the floor, it looked like someone dedicated waste to it. The couch. Oh my God, I rubbed my hands on my nose.
"What in the world is going on here?"
They all giggled. "Your majesty, we are trying to impress you."
"Impress me! You are doing a great job."
I pulled out my phone. "I need to call the guards to discipline you."
They all looked shocked and fell to the ground.
"Forgive us, your majesty, for we have sinned. We, these lowly servants, dare to make fun of you." They started mimicking those historical Korean dramas.
I continued the charade. "Hmph. Get up and get out of here."
We all looked at each other and started giggling, turning into full-blown laughter.
"You will do well as a queen, short legs," Lola whispered.
"I am always a drama queen." I replied, flicking my hair.
"What should we do now? I have escaped the clutches of my brothers." I asked as I dropped to the couch.
"We all love your brothers." They all giggled like brats.
I looked irritated. "Don't fawn over my brother in front of me. You four are making it disgusting."
"Okay, I have a suggestion," Mika, my third friend, hissed.
I shook my head and stood up. "Whatever she says, I am not doing."
"This is actually legit. It isn't illegal, and you will all love it." She replied with her puppy face.
"Love it? Me? The last time you said that, we got detention. And what about the time we went to swim? We were chased by a crocodile, just because you thought it was cute."
"It's really cute," she whispered. "I promise you will love this. If you don't, punish me."
"Okay, don't worry. We all know what to do, continue, daredevil." I replied, rolling my eyes at her.
"So there's this new club, Love Birds. The drinks are so superb. And don't worry about getting inside. I know what to do."
I looked at them and we all debated.
"Okay, the time is 8pm. Immediately 10pm we are going home," Evie, the strongest girl in our group, muttered.
"Okay!" we all chorused, and went to dress. "This night is going to be a long one. I just don't know how long." I muttered.

*The Organization*
"We need five people for the testing." The voice sounded from the end of the phone.
"Okay, we will get them for you." He chuckled. "Going to catch some new prey."
