Chapter 13: Seer-iously

Chapter 13

I take a deep breath before I begin. “It all started a few weeks ago. I started having very vivid and realistic nightmares. I have been waking up in a cold sweat, shaking and even crying sometimes. There’s so much blood in them. I was seeing through the eyes of someone, I’m not sure who, and I saw a beautiful white wolf getting its head torn off by a man with blonde hair.” I paused before shaking my head to try and get rid of the image “Other nights I dreamed of a beautiful, regal looking woman with long white hair and amethyst eyes, and a handsome man with green eyes and auburn hair. But it always ends in so much blood and death. I’ve been drawing them and their wolves nonstop for the last few days and also writing really cryptic poems.

Misty leaned forward “Okay, so you’ve been having nightmares about wolves, but what does this have to do with you being a real werewolf?” I laughed “I’m getting to that point, so the other night I actually had a dream or a vision. Finally, not a nightmare. It was the moon goddess. She said that she was my grandmother and wanted to introduce me to my first gift, my wolf Avolen, and that I am very special and to expect more gifts to come. After that dream, I started hearing a separate new voice in my head. She warned me of the guys coming up in the club before they grabbed me. Also, tonight when I walked away from you guys to cool down, she explained that everything was real. I am a werewolf and Jed is my Alpha mate.” I finally stopped and looked over at Jed. He hugs me from behind. “This is where I come in, to explain more and to show you the proof of what we are and that what we are saying is true.” Just then a knock sounds on the door.

JJ stands up “I’ll get it. That should be all our snacks we ordered.” He got up and walked towards the door. “But we didn’t order anything, no one called or anything.” Jed laughed “That’s one of the things we were going to say, since we are werewolves we have a pack link and we can talk through our mind link to one another. So I ordered our drinks and food via that link, without having to talk or make a phone call.” Misty’s mouth dropped open. “Okay…”

JJ opens the door. I hear a sickly sweet voice “Oh, JJ. I’m so glad it’s you. I’ve missed you so much, why didn’t you ask me to go with you to tonight’s bonfire?” I saw JJ take a step back with his hands up in the air. I see a manicured hand with long painted red fingernails on his chest as he starts backing up into the room, and attached to the hand is a very slender, tall blonde woman. She notices the rest of us in the room and stares at Tyler, Misty and myself. I noticed she had honey brown eyes. She is attractive…if you’re into the whole fake Barbie thing. I glance over at Tyler and notice her hands clenched and she’s starting daggers at the hand that is still laid on JJ’s chest.

The blonde frowns when she notices Misty and myself sitting on Jed and Jax’s laps. She suddenly turns and wraps her arms around JJ. “Introduce me to your friend’s babe!” JJ tries to peel her arms from around him. “Marissa, I am not your babe. I’m not sure how many times I have to tell you to keep your hands off of me.” Right as he tells the Marissa girl to keep her hands off of him, all I see is a blur of blue, Tyler has launched herself at Marissa. I’ve never seen her move so fast. Next thing I know, they are both on the floor, rolling around, limbs flaying around.

Jed picks me up and sets me to the side of him before standing up and bellowing out “Stop this, both of you!” everyone in the room but especially Tyler and Marissa flinch and stop fighting. It looks like Tyler got the best of Marissa. I see no cuts or bruises on Tyler, but Marissa is covered in them and Tyler has a fist full of blonde hair wrapped up in her fingers. As Marissa is sitting there we see all the cuts and bruises start to heal themselves. Misty gasps. “What the actual hell, did her body just heal all on its own?”

Tyler stands up and runs over to JJ and jumps in his arms. Before turning to the rest of us, “I have a slight confession also to make tonight. I already knew what and who everyone was before tonight. The moon goddess also came to me in a dream and told me to help Autumn toward her mate and toward her fate. She also unlocked my gifts. Apparently, I’m a Seer, the first one in like 100 years.” My mouth drops open, I shake my head before I start uncontrollably start laughing. “Well that would explain why you weren’t shocked by any of the news tonight. So I’m guessing you already sense that JJ is your mate then?” Tyler blushes. “Yes, yes I do. I know you can’t really know until your 18th birthday but I just know I can feel it. BTW Marissa. Keep your whorish hands off my mate from now on. I won’t regret what happens next if I catch you near him again. Now how about those snacks we were promised?”

Jed sighs. "I will send someone else to bring up those snacks, since it seems that Marissa failed to bring up the food we wanted. Marissa, please stay out of my office and leave us. Hopefully, there will be no issues of this happening in the future. Or there will be consequences." Marissa glared at Tyler before sauntering off. I got up and walked over to Misty. She was in shock. I knelt in front of her and took her face in my hands. "Yoo hoo, earth to Misty. Are you okay? I know this is a lot to take in." Her eyes are glazed over still. Tyler walked over to us and bent down also. She whispers in my ear. "Misty is fine, and she's also not human. I'm not fully sure what she is, but she has a power hidden within her." At that Misty shakes her head. "Wha...what? I'm not human? This is all too much for me to take in right now. Let's start one thing at a time. So it's true, Autumn you're seriously a werewolf and so are all three men here?" I laughed before answering "Yes, me and all three men here are werewolves. What can we do to help put your mind at ease?" Mist sighed "Let's start with the basics."
