CHAPTER THIRTEEN His buddy felt well yesterday and had paced the confines of the squat until they both went nuts. He’d kept opening the door and peeking outside while he scratched at his skin and scuffed the soles of his shoes on the floor, singing the same lines of a song repetitively.
