Aldric shifted in the hospital bed. He was annoyed that he wasn't able to go help. He ran his hand carefully down his side, finding the tube. Part of him wanted to rip it out. He was almost sure that if it came out he would be back to normal quickly. The nurse came in with a new Iv set up and he growled at her. She backed slowly out of the room. He wanted to be out of there as soon as possible.
“Waverly.” He mindlinked her it had been at least an hour.
“Winter.” Waverly’s wolf responded to the mindlink.
“What happened?” Ashers said sitting up in the hospital bed hearing Winter respond instead of Waverly.
“Girl was taken, Set up as an ambush. The girl is fine walking back to pack with Rhett.” Winter responded to him.
