I woke up feeling groggy and sore. My neck was on fire and every muscle of my body was aching. Luke was soundly asleep next to me with his arms around me and wrapped us both in blankets. It was already a daylight and we slept naked tangled in each others arms all morning. I tried to get up, but my body was weak and it was all aching, I let out a soft moan of agony and Luke shoot up from his slumber.
"What's wrong? You ok?" he asked with concern.
"I'm fine" I laughed softly "Just very tired, my muscles won't listen to me and my neck is very sore. It feels as if it's on fire"
"I'm sorry baby, it's my mark.. It will hurt for a while and you body will need to accept and recover from it, but it will get better in a day or two I promise" he said apologetic.
