♡Dedicated to nagisa1998 because she is an awsome friend and poet♡ Chapter 5 The roar of the motorbike died down. I unwrapped my hands from Nathan, and slid off the seat. I had been on a motorbike many other times before, but I never got over the thrill or the fear. That's why I enjoyed it so much: one tiny slip and you're gone. I loved that dangerous side. I took off the helmet and shook my hair. I saw Nathan staring at me with his eyes full of an emotion that I couldn't see. He parked the bike and jumped off. He had the body of someone who spends a lot of time at the gym. "A picture will last longer," he smirked. "Watch your ego," I fired back. I turned around to go, but I was in a random forest. I frowned. "Don't worry, I ain't gonna' rape you," he said. "Pepper spray," I replied. He led me through the forest to a pathway. Shortly after, I could see a small caravan. He opened the door. It was expensive. Very expensive. "Do you own this?" I asked. "I have a few documents for it, yeah," he said. "But I never bought it." I narrowed my eyes. "Why'd you bring me here?" I asked. He shrugged. "This is where I ditch," He went into another room, and I sat down on the sofa, turning on the TV. I settled on a soccer game. He came in with beer and cigarettes. "Don't like beer," I complained, but I drank it anyway. When he offered me his cigarette, I took two puffs. He smirked. "I guess you meant it, when you said you were bad," I shrugged. "This game is boring," he said and leaned over to change the channel. I couldn't help noticing how close he was. I tensed a little. I had a plan not to get myself near boys. Physically or mentally. He swapped the channel onto some music program. There was a random song I didn't recognize, but then a familiar song did come on. It was my old favourite track - Up by the Saturdays. The song was about moving on from our falls, but it was something we had never done after Sam's death. I could feel the danger of tears. I gritted my teeth and fist-ed my hands. Deep breaths. "It's all right to let it out you know," said Nathan, who was looking at me understandingly. "No it's not," I said. "It shows that you're weak to the world. If the world finds out your weaknesses, it will harm you," "No, it might use it to help you," he argued. "Has that ever happened to you?" I snapped. "Or do you know a case of that happening?" He looked at me. "I guess you're right," he said, as a tear slid down his cheek. I realized that he had been hurt the same way as me. He was masking his emotions with the bad boy look. Really, he was a broken boy, who only had hope of the world turning around for him. And I had just destroyed that hope. I leaned in and kissed his tear. He stiffened. "I use something else to erase the pain," I whispered and went into the kitchen. It didn't take me long to find the whisky, which was stored in a cupboard full of drinks. I opened the bottle and took a sip. Then I went into the room and gave it to him. He took a big sip and passed it back. I had a sudden desire to kiss him, so I did. He responded immediately, his hands moving up and down my body. Every touch made want more, and my fingers lifted his shirt, exposing the hot, ripped skin underneath. I had already broken all the rules, and why not break another one? Slowly the kiss got heavier and heavier until our shirts were on the floor. "Take me," I whispered. "Right now, here," "I can't." "If you're worried about my innocence, I lost that eons ago," I said. "It's not that. I don't want to take advantage of you," he said. "There are more sluts in the world." "I want this," I said and leant in to kiss his neck and that's how I ended up sleeping with Nathan Bradshaw.
