No one had ever called me a little thing except that Shadow, and he did that in my nightmare. I felt goosebumps all over my body as millions of different possibilities went through my head in a flash. “But what are you doing here anyway? Shouldn’t you be at school?” Successfully changing the subject, I asked him in curiosity. Thankfully, he didn’t notice the unease that occurred just by those two words.
“Well, Rose called me around twenty minutes ago ordering me to come to get you because apparently everyone had left you alone.” He gave me a cheeky smile as I stared at him in bewilderment.
“Why did she do that?" I wondered out loud, to which he only shrugged. Nonetheless, I was thankful to both of them for doing this for me. Their gesture made me fuzzy when I realized why Rose did this.
