“Hello Logan.” I said with a small voice. But he was still quiet on the other side of the phone but regardless I could tell he was listening.
“Thank you for the flowers and gifts you sent earlier.” I added. I had to mention it again since he didn’t reply to my text and I am still very grateful to him.
“How is Mr Arthur doing?” He finally said something back. His voice was firm and he was straightforward as always.
“He is getting better. The doctor said he can be discharged today.” I explained it to him as I began to think about the next thing to say.
