Eve’s POV
“Hi dad.” I pulled him in for a hug. I decided to get off from work early and see my father. I wanted to make sure he was doing fine in person. And plus I miss him.
“Oh my darling, it’s good to see you.” Dad said and also pulled me in for a hug. I could tell he was doing way better than before. It gladdened my heart.
“It’s good to see you too, dad.” I said back smiling.
“Good day Godfather.” Mark said to my father. I told him I was coming to see him when I was getting off from the office, and he decided to come along.
Good thing he decided to come because dad was really happy to see him too.
“How is Logan doing?” Dad asked me after exchanging his greetings with Mark. Of course I wasn’t going to say otherwise and I said he was doing fine.
