“This is a great choice. If I must say, I am really enjoying this outing.” Henry said as he ate from his plate.
“Thank you so much. I am glad I could meet up to your taste.” I said to Henry with a small smile.
“You know I stayed away from New York for so long. I almost forgot what it felt like being here.” Henry tells me.
Hmm. I nodded. I wasn’t going to ask any questions. I was just allowing the vibe to flow naturally.
“My parents loved it here. They died in a car accident together when I was a kid.” Henry began to tell me about himself. Although I knew he lost his parents when he was younger, I never knew they died in a car accident. It melted my heart to know that he experienced such a thing at such a young age.
