Eve’s POV
I couldn’t get a proper night's sleep because of how bothered I was. I kept seeing the smirk on Logan’s face in my sleep. It was deadly and scary.
Mark call came in early. I picked it up immediately since I was awake.
“Good morning Eve I hope I didn’t wake you.” Mark said on the other side of the phone.
“No Mark, I was awake already.” I told him. Giving him the cue to continue with whatever the reason is for his call.
“I got a hint from the detective today about the fire outbreak in the hotel. They have video footage of who must have done it and said we should stop by the station to get it. I am on my way now and I will meet you in the office when I get it.” Mark went straight to the point.
