I heard the alarm from my motha room but I just wanted one more minute or two in my bed. “Jah’sie, asia, miles and ray… get up fa school I know yall heard the alarm!!”Said motha. I wish I didn’t hear her mouth and the alarm at the same time cause they both have one thing in common they’re both loud for no reason. I went to my closet to get a pair of stacked sweatpants, graphic tee and my air shoes. I didn’t get my hair done because I woke up late yesterday. So for now I’ll just wear my hair in a ponytail good thing I actually have natural long hair that’s a huge flex. Sometimes I’ll straighten it if I really have to. I went to my bathroom across the hall to do my hygiene. After I finished handling my hygiene I went back to my room to get dressed. I put on my blue stacked sweatpants, all eyes on me blue Tupac shirt along with my blue air Nike shoes I guess I’m cripping today. I went back to the bathroom to do my edges and flat iron my hair. After I’ve finished I did my eyebrows and left out to get my purse from my room so I can catch the bus on time. My other siblings went back to sleep so I was only one that was up and ready to go to this f**** up a** school. My mom called me as soon I was about to leave out.

“ Did asia, Raymond and man-man wake up”? She asked while sitting up on her bed. I lied on Asia cause ion f*** with sheisty people.

“I haven’t seen asia since she left for her date”. I said while walking back to almond head and man-man rooms to wake them up.

I soon as walk in the school I couldn’t do nothing but stare cause it was unacceptable. You have special education kids out chasing other kids. You also have n******s sneaking they guns under the thing where you put your stuff in to go through the metal detector. The s*** was a hot a** mess for a school to have good reviews they sure did lied.

“Ma'am, where you go to get schedules”? I asked, while getting my things from the bucket.

“ baby, just keep straight till you see a red sign that says office”. She said, while patting down some boy from the metal detector. “thank you very much”. She didn’t say anything back after that because she was too busy checking ole boy backpack . I kept straight till I seen a raggedy old red sign that says office in bold green letters. I waited in this long line to get my schedule it wasn’t as short as I thought it was going to be.

“What’s your name”? She asked with a huge smile on her face.

“Jah’sie Renae Cole” . I said while smiling.

“Its different.. how do you pronounce it”? She ask while looking at me curiously.

I left the office and slide my schedule in my pocket and went straight to the restroom to handle my business. I heard a moan then it got quiet I tiptoed silently to the last stall to see the two doing the nasty I quickly left from the stall to walk around. I pulled

out my schedule from my pocket that was folded up to see which class I have first which was math.. I search up the schedule time on my phone for each classes which were short and class starts at 7:15 and its 7:10 am right now.

I was the first person in the class room which I’m glad that I did. Before the bell rung I heard kids running to go to their classes that’s when I knew the hallways were going to get crowded. “You must be Jah’sie”? Asked a tall, pretty, darkskin woman.

“well in my class we have assigned seats so could wait by my desk to get seated.

“Yes, ma'am. I gathered my things and left from the spot that I wanted to be seated in. I seen a bunch of kids coming in the classroom looking at me. But it was these particular girls that walked in giving me the look. Something about them gives me the I’m better than you vibes.

“Do y’all smell something” said one of the girls. “Hollon.. I think I do smell something Ashley. They both looked towards my direction and smiled.

“It's that burnt h** over there standing by the teacher’s desk. Said Ashley. The whole class started laughing out loud. I couldn’t do nothing but just stand there with one drop of tear falling from my face. “Ashley and lina come here. Said mrs. Jamie as she closes the door behind them. I wonder what she’s saying to them because she’s taking forever. A few minutes went by Ashley opened the door for lina and the teacher. “Jah’sie, you will be seating in Ashley’s seat. Said Mrs. Jamie as she pointed to the back of the class. I was smiling in the inside cause I was seated in the spot she told me to move from. I moved to Ashley’s seat quickly and laid my head on one of my arms.

“for you two you’ll be sitting next to Alberto and sandy". Said Mrs. Jamie.

“I’m not sitting next to him. Said Ashley as she walks towards the door.

As soon as lina left Mrs. Jamie wrote on the yellow form and sent a student to take it to the office. She went over to the white board to write a couple of math problems until the bell rings.

Whea these n**** at I told them to meet me by the gym 10 minutes ago.

This period is the only class I like so far besides 2nd period because I met Cedric. Due to the fact that it wasn’t as many people in this class which is amazing. “You guys may work on your homework or any other kinds while listening to music if you like. Said ms. Callahan as she erases the warm up that was on the board. I pulled out my work to do and phone so I can listen to music while doing my work.

I wonder if tj texted shawty to see if she was pregnant. I pulled out my phone to text quan to see what was up with tj pending test with shawty.
