CHAPTER 5
Bryton just finished putting the finishing touches on Mrs. Carter’s hair. Turning her towards the mirror, Mrs. Carter gasped as she lightly touched the short-feathered layers. "Oh Bryton, you are an absolute genius. This lavender color, with the feathered layers and wispy fringes makes me look fifteen years younger."
Giggling, Bryton replied, "Thank you, Mrs. Carter. I must say, you do look absolutely fabulous.
Your husband is not going to know what hit him when you go home."
Wiggling his brows up and down and then winking, Bryton said, "I have no doubt you and Mr.
Carter will be celebrating your forty-fifth wedding anniversary well into the night.”
