Meet You

"Are you sure my daughter is okay? I think her hallucinations are getting worse." Andrew continued to worry about many serious things because he didn't want his daughter to hallucinate and ultimately develop a mental disorder just because of his stubbornness. "Be honest with me, Antonio. Jane's condition is getting worse. You know, Jane even said she met a young man in expensive clothes with his friends, and you know this is the middle of the forest. This is the most absurd thing ever, and I can tell you it's crazy!" Andrew had to make the call on the hill, because that was the only place he could get a signal. Otherwise, he could only hope for a decent life in the truly wild nature. "If you still doubt what I'm saying, take Jane back to town this week. I'll have a heart-to-heart with her, and I think it'll be good enough for me to at least see Jane's condition firsthand." "Okay." Andrew immediately hung up his phone and, about to descend the hill, saw Jane walking off somewhere in the afternoon. Curious, Andrew quietly followed his daughter. Jane, wearing a jacket, ran out of one forest and into another. Finally, Andrew nearly pulled Jane back, as the forest she had entered was a forbidden forest. The forest was truly beautiful, like a paradise on earth, with everything it contained. Thousands of flowers in a thousand colors, a beautiful five-colored pond, and a stunning cave. However, this forest was a forbidden forest between humans and werewolves. Thousands of years ago, they both agreed that neither of them was allowed to enter this forest, for various reasons. Because this forest was completely untouched by humans or werewolves, perhaps that was what made it so beautiful. It was so beautiful that anyone would be captivated. Furthermore, no human trapped in this forest could return alive. Let alone alive, their bodies would simply vanish. Then, how did Jane know this place? Andrew continued to follow Jane, his gun ready, fearing there might be some terrifying wild animal or even a werewolf. He didn't want anything to happen to his daughter. Jane stood on one of the large rocks, looking around as if searching for something, and certainly as if waiting for something. "Who is Jane waiting for?" Andrew muttered. Even he was curious and looked around the forest to see if there was anyone there. But even after he searched, everything was deserted, and it was almost impossible for anyone to be there. "I think she's hallucinating, or is there a forest of hallucinations here? I'm so curious, and maybe I should take Jane back to town immediately because I don't want anything bad to happen to my precious daughter." Jane looked down in disappointment and then took a deep breath. "Are you really never coming back, sir? I really miss you," Jane murmured. "Damn, this is so strange, and I can't say anything. How could I be so captivated by a man I've only met a few times?" Jane smiled wryly. "You're so handsome, I don't think a single woman in this world would avoid you, and that's one of the best things for anyone. And maybe you don't need me anymore, there are so many women who love you, and you just have to choose. Damn!" Jane said again. "Why must I be like this? Why do I always hope for something uncertain?" Jane smiled wryly again. "In the end, I know, maybe what Dad said was true. He's not real, he's ephemeral, he's just my imagination. Or is it true that I'm starting to...go crazy?" Jane took another deep breath, but she still seemed reluctant to leave. Even if the man Jane had met here was ephemeral or just her imagination, she didn't care at all. A few days with him had made Jane's days, which had previously been filled with forests and animals, a little more meaningful. Jane's jaw clenched, she looked back up at the sky until she finally decided to leave. “Don't go there, Alpha.” “Why? I'm sure that Miss is looking for me and waiting for me.” “I know, but Alpha Aaron has to hold her back.” Before Aaron could even look at his trusted Beta, he saw an old man standing and watching the woman he had longed for. “He's human, and he looks like he has a gun in his hand. I think he's the Miss's father, and is he a hunter?” “A hunter?” “Obviously, ordinary hunters would never make it to this forbidden forest. They would surely be preyed upon by wild animals, and no humans have ever been here, right?” Aaron's jaw clenched, he didn't want his friend to know Jane's identity. “I won't approach the Miss, but you go. I just want to get a little closer to see her beautiful face, and I hope you won't interfere in this.” “But—” Before the Beta could stop him, Aaron jumped to a much closer tree branch. He looked at Jane and wanted to scream so she would know where he was. But he knew that if he screamed, Jane's hunter father would definitely try to kill him. Aaron felt quite reassured when he saw Jane was fine, even though she seemed more gloomy and even preoccupied with thoughts. What was Jane thinking? Did she miss him too? Aaron's chest felt so tight, even though he had promised to mark Jane and never let her go easily. Whatever it was, whoever Jane was, Aaron wanted Jane to be his Luna, and that was something Aaron could never undo. He swore to have Jane and make her the only woman in his life. But how could he mark Jane now? Aaron would never give up, he would do anything and find any way to mark Jane and make her his. Aaron's expression looked serious, he tried to jump closer, but unfortunately, the branch he was about to jump on fell, making Andrew immediately alert, who drew the gun that had been at his waist.
