We were already half way to MacPherson when we left Frazier territory. I still hadn't asked Graham what would become of Isaac. I knew that I couldn't if I planned on forgetting about this all together. My heart started hurt at the guilt that I carried. Graham was careful to take it slow when we came to hills and bumps. I wasn't supposed to be on a horse while pregnant, it wasn't good for the bairn or me. Graham had his reservations about putting me on the back of Fergus, but I insisted. "Me lord, can we stop for a moment? I feel a little out of sorts." Graham turned his head back to his shoulder. "You alright priseil?" I took a deep breath, I wasn't alright, I suddenly had some small, sharp pains in my back. It was a sign that I shouldn't have gotten on the horse in the first place.
