Chapter Three

Jones heaved a sigh before he started."The supreme blood were the lineage of flaming wolves but not like us,they can't shift into humans like us,so they are permanent fire wolves,they were our alphas since they are endowed with extraordinary powers like breathing fire and teleportation as long as their destination is on fire .So they can teleport as far as fire is involved,our ancestors saw them as alphas because of those abilities. They thought they also had werewolves ability like healing factor,night vision,speed,the only powers they possessed were teleportation,enhanced agility,speed but not like ours,immortality and fire breaths. Our ancestors thought they had their own powers combined and relate with them with caution until one day one of them challenged their leader of the supreme blood,he was hesitant but the werewolf was persistent and the challenge took place in front of all supremes and werewolves. Austin;the first were folk to kill a supreme became the alpha and the existence of the supremes became threatened when he wanted to possess their kind of powers,the killing of the supremes commenced as different experiments were performed so that he could harness the powers but somehow it couldn't be harnessed but Austin never gave up and won't want us to give up now in a time like this. The capture of the supremes was tough as they didn't go down without a fight,Don's great grandfather was killed in the battle. The capture and death of every supreme was accounted for and they discovered that one of the youngest supremes was able to escape",he concluded and Richard chuckled lightly."A few questions ,Why didn't they just mate with them? And where is the young supreme now?",he asked. Jones was about to reply when Justin cut in"It is possible but no offspring was produced,the supremes can only mate with themselves to reproduce and the young supreme is nowhere to be found .All the supreme blood were kept in different cages but in an apartment,they gathered all their powers and gave it to the young supreme,with the collection of all their energy,he busted out of the cage and escaped into the woods and was never found till now after two generations has passed and we will have to begin the search",Justin elucidated and silence enveloped everyone.

"That search is impossible,we have weapons to support ourselves,let's forget about the supreme,if there will be a search at all,I will let you all know",Don spoke up breaking the silence."I don't really support that,the earlier the better,the weapons are unreliable,the faster we get him the faster we are able to harness his powers",Justin opposed."How do we know how to harness it?",Richard asked while Josephine replied"The young supreme was given a book that has detailed explanations about them and how to harness their powers,the front page of the book tore when he was escaping,Austin saw the page with the headings that reads "THE SECRETS OF THE SUPREME BLOOD".If we find him,we find the book and if we get the book,we get the powers".

"I still think starting the search now is a wise decision unlike what Don decided",Justin said and Don growled angrily,he stood up slowly and the remaining alphas stood up and shifted backwards except Justin,Don Giganto was obviously angry at Justin's Opposition to his decision. His facial features began to change and his fingers gradually changing to sharp claws,he shifted into his wolf. He named his wolf Sebastian as that was his father's middle name. The wolf is the biggest in the howler in the city. It is very dark as it has brown eyes. Sebastian growled and pounced on Justin,He quickly shifted into his own wolf but it is not as big as Sebastian, his wolf has brown furs with crimson eyes. The other alphas moved to a far distance to watch the fight between the army alpha and grand alpha. Justin freed himself from the grip of Sebastian, he raised his paws and tried to hit he big black wolf but the latter dodged it and gave him an headbutt. Justin charged at Sebastian and jumped to the wall and ricocheted towards him,he landed at the back of Sebastian and tried to bite him but the wolf shook him off forthwith. Justin jumped to attack but the grand wolf was faster as it used its paws to smash it to the floor,the brown wolf growled in pain and tried to get up but Sebastian Placed his feet on its head and it was trapped as it couldn't free himself. "You're lucky Don don't want you dead if not you will be feet's below the ground now,another s**t from you and you're dead", Sebastian threatened and shifted back into Don. Only Sebastian has the ability to speak out like it just did. Every alpha present already knew that Don is in a good mood,if not Justin is already a dead meat. Justin shifted back to his human form and pleaded for freedom which Don granted. He stood up and faced Josephine as he whispered in her ears" I wasn't in a good mood to fight your Don". Justin has always been out to impress Josephine but the latter doesn't care. "It seems you forget that you are still naked", she replied with a smirk and walked to her seat. Justin quickly got new sets of clothes to wear,the cave has wardrobes available in case of situations like this.

" We have to continue trying,who knows we might get lucky", Don said as he sat down. "Justin,you are suspended for a month for your rueful behaviour displayed now",Bruce announced and Justin tried to object but kept quiet,arguing with the supremacy alpha is a crazy thing to do as it can attract severe punishment." About the young supreme,the search will commence only on my order,do .......",Don said as he stopped brusquely and stood up." Can you sense that?"he asked and all the alphas stood up. They already know that danger is looming by the Don's alertness. "THEY ARE HERE!EVERYONE RUN", Bruce Shouted and a missile invaded their cave. They tried to run but it was too late as the silver missile hit the cave and exploded.
