‘Right every one, Do your own thing, There is only 10 minutes before the bell. Go nuts’. As soon as Jason announced that, the whole class room erupted in chatter. Me, James, Jenna and Peter started talking amongst ourselves about random s**t.
It had been a few weeks and we were all back at school and carrying on as if nothing had happened.
‘So, Pete, you bringing the new game over to Jason's tonight?’ James asked. They were all dying to play this new zombie game, so Jason had invited us over so they could all have a go. It was nice, sure, the dynamic of the group had changed, but strangely, it was like Jason was one of us now. We often hung out at his house on weeks or after school, not always, but a lot.
