When Sam and his mother had worked out the plan to bring Bill and Tony back, Sam was to sneak into the garage after he feigned leaving and then into the house to watch the action from Ann's bedroom door. He had even taken the precaution of oiling the hinges to the various doors to make sure they didn't squeak and give away his presence. He was now in the garage with his d**k and balls still hanging over his shorts waiting some appropriate time for the three women to get settled on his mother's king-size bed.
