Edwin had banged repeatedly on Thomas’s door, it was odd that he didn’t hear a response from his ever-eccentric friend, a maid that was assigned to Thomas had apologized to him as she went into the room to tell Thomas that Edwin was there.
But her screams had alerted the alpha who had busted into the room to see the maid who had let out hurried screams filled with horror Edwin’s attention moved to the motionless body that lay on the floor, his now pale skin and lifeless eyes that were still open.
