Only a fool wouldn't appreciate someone like Anya. I have always known that she had the qualities of a woman that I could never compare with others, who obviously prioritized beauty over their morals, because she had both. Anya’s beauty was an addition to her traits but it was her attitude that held his attention the most. And I always thought I wouldn't fall in love with another, for I swore to Clara that my heart would know only her name.
But then, not all promises are made to remain just the way they are. Sometimes, it was made to be broken because the world was not constant and everything was expected to change. If I had known that I would end up breaking that promise, then I should not have given my word.
