After breakfast and the morning meeting, the benches were set in the courtyard for the 120 households to be briefly interviewed when they arrive. 6 tables and benches were set aside near the elevated platform of the domain as Eagle, Michelle, Nolan, Oscar, Heather and I had a set of papers on the table with quills and a bottle of ink, ready to record the details of the new household members. As this database would be gathered and termed as temporary residency, this information would be compiled into a single journal. When the time comes for them to be permanent residents, their database would be compiled into the census populace journal.
