Allison was deep in her sleep when she felt her right arm getting numb. She got confused when she could not move her arm but was too sleepy to open her eyes. Panic arose when her subconscious started tricking her mind into seeing flames and hearing the cracking of burning wood. Suddenly, Allison found herself again inside the burning villa, begging for her life.
“H– help! Help me!” Allison tried to scream, but she could not make any sound no matter how hard she tried.
Allison tried to calm down and told her mind that it was just a dream. When it didn’t work out, she hoped for someone to wake her up. As if on cue, she felt someone’s arm hugging her waist. The sudden contact made her aware of her surroundings, forcing her to wake up.
