I just finished taking a shower and did the work while eating. It was not that much, actually. I have no idea what May was complaining about.
I think I will sleep in now.
My phone starts ringing before I can even get to bed.
I look at my phone, and it is Damon again.
"What is it now?", I ask.
"Can you come to my office? I am very bored", he whines.
"I just finished my work, and you want me to be in a work environment? Are you crazy or are you stupid?", I ask.
"But you said you were coming to see me. So what happened to that?", he retorts. I sigh.
He does have a point.
"Give me 30 minutes", I say and hang up.
I quickly get dressed in a white polar neck, a plaid flap pocket drop shoulder teddy coat, and skirt. I put on my white Nike Air Force 1'07 Next Nature, which are summit white/ sail/mocha green. I wear diamond studs and my necklace.
I take a mini-colored block flap square bag, which has different shades of brown.
I insert my lip balm, phone,tampon,hand lotion, and, of course, a weapon. I'll just take the Glock 43 because this bag is not that big.
With that, I spray some perfume and leave.
As I open my door, Basil is also opening his door. He is also going somewhere.
Yes Angel, of course, he is obviously going somewhere if he is opening his door all dressed up.
He cleans up well.
"I thought you said you were going to have a meal on the rooftop",he says as I close my door.
"I thought so too, but I reconsidered that when i remembered I would not have any company", I say as we both head for the elevator.
He lets me go in first, then presses the floor lever for both of us as he enters.
"Where are you headed now?", he asks from beside me.
"Where my feet take me", I say with a shrug.
"So a date?", he presses.
"If visiting a friend when he is at work is a date, then yes".
"So, is it a sneaky link ?",he asks.
I breathe out heavily with a smirk.
"If you want to f**k me so badly, all you have to do is ask and take me on a date", I say, and the elevator opens.
"Okay then Miss Rodrigo", he says huskily behind me as I leave.
As if I would make it that easy for him.
I mean I do, but he has to do more than just ask.
After a few minutes, I finally arrive at Ruminev and Co.
I go to the underground car park and use his private elevator, because why not?
I reach his office and notice that the secretary is not there. Might as well get in unannounced.
I open the door swiftly and enter just to find Damon focused on his computer screen.
"Did I come here to watch you work?", I ask as I fold my arms across my chest.
He looks up to me and looks back at me.
"I am sorry for wasting your time. My secretary-", he grimaces before continuing,"-well now the former secretary, forgot to tell me that I have a meeting in about 5 minutes with the owner of Adamos Hotels for a merger. So now I have to draft a few things from what he had sent a week ago, but I am only looking at it now because that f*****g i***t did not think I would want to merge with Adamos. So, you can go out and have fun out there or join me in the meeting and maybe help me get this merger contract because it will definitely bring profit", he says all this without looking at me and furiously typing.
"If I do help you, I want 40%", I say and he looks at me in shock.
"30", he says, squinting his eyes. I would have settled for 20 but he does not have to know that.
"41", I say.
"32",he says.

"35"
I shrug, "I'll take it".
"I was willing to give you 40", he says with a smirk as he reads what he typed.
"I was willing to help for free", his smirk falls.
"Cunning b***h", He mumbles.
"Whipped d**k", I say.
"Only for you", he says, and looks at me with a cute smile.
His telephone rings and he answers looking serious.
"Bring him to my office", he says, and hangs up before turning to me.
"He is here", Damon says looking a bit nervous.
"Are you actually nervous?", I ask sitting down.
"I have never been unprepared for a meeting and this guy does not accept any merger unless he knows it will be a real success and that is always the case. So excuse me for being nervous, but I want this contract", he says.
"I actually have a feeling we won't even have to do much talking", I say, and someone knocks on the door before Damon can respond.
Damon springs up from his seat and rushes to open the door.
He opens the door, only to be met with a redhead.
" They are waiting for you in the boardroom, sir", she announces politely, and he nods. She sends a small smile and single nod which I return before she turns to leave.
I stand up and hand him my bag with he takes and leads me to our destination.
He stops in front of a door.
"Please don't step on his toes, I actually need this",he pleads.
" Why are you saying that like I'm some rude stuckup b***h who's rude?", I ask confused.
" I know you're not like that, but I also know you won't hesitate to open your mouth if you hear something you dislike", he says, giving me my bag.
He opens the door for me to go in first.
"Greetings gentlemen", I greet as I notice that we have Basil and his bestie, Luca.
They both look at me blankly, but I can see the hint of confusion in both pairs of eyes.
Let's get this merger for baby Damon.
