38. Yellow Popcorn

    Finally, we were back home in Arvendon. I enjoyed seeing my parents and friends again, but I loved our little house with our puppy and our quiet times together. As soon as we were home, we popped some popcorn and decided on a movie to watch. Jacob had his legs stretched in front of him, and his feet were on the coffee table. I was leaning into his side, watching the movie while Buster laid on my feet. Jacob ran his hand through my hair mindlessly.     Jacob liked history movies, especially ones about Arvendon.
