His name was Anthony Rice, he was a recent graduate of Tulane University, who had come to America as a foreign student from the Bahamas to study engineering. Ryan had befriended Anthony after the two played basketball together at a local YMCA. Most times, Ryan would hang out with Kevin. They would both pick up women and score drugs together. With Anthony, Ryan would mostly drink alcohol and attend Saints games with him.
