Myra's senses were awakened by the sweet aroma of flowers,the air was so fresh. the nauseating smell of medicines and liquids was gone.it was very much different to what she experienced before the sedatives drove her to sleep.no way she could be in a hospital she thought. she slowly opened her eyes and indeed the ceiling was different but beautiful.

she studied her surrounding and realised it was not the room she was kept before,that room was more like a cell whereas here the exquisite furniture and the expensive decor with a huge bouquet of red roses right beside her was something else. if it has not been for the tubes and machines beside her and she still being in a patient's cloth, she would have have confused this private room of a high end hospital with a seven star hotel.

damon she thought, he only would have shifted her.indeed he cares for her a lot.

the door creaked open and hoping it being damon she lifted her gaze but to her dismay it was Eric ,damon's best friend and also her boss. he was damon' PA and she was his assisstant. he was the only one who knew about there relationship and he only played the cupid for them.though she was not as close to him as damon they were on friendly terms and he was always so polite to her. they never share much words but whenever they would talk beside work she could always sense a glint of protectiveness towards her in his eyes.

"hey myra,how do u feel", he spoke with concern." i am much better thanks...where is damon" she questioned each word causing a pain in her bruised jaw. Eric;s eyebrow's twitched and before she would notice he replied" he was here all night,too worried......but he has to leave because an important meeting came up and his presence was required. dont worry he will be here soon''.

myra face fell.she was disappointed of damon not being there but she was also glad of his concern. she was busy narrating the entire incident to eric and she could see his face going serious and eyes darker as if he was processing something.

"eric sir, are u alright".........." yes , yes" coming out of the trance he replied "dont worry i will find them and make sure they " he ressured her.

suddenly the door opened and there stood the man she was longing to see.
