Emma POV The night was peaceful, with the gentle wind whispering through the cracks in the window, waking me from a light sleep. The moonlight barely illuminated the room, but something in the air told me something was out of place. I had already woken up and looked around, realizing that the space next to me on the bed was empty. I knew exactly where Killian was.
