Perry was dressed in the most idiotic outfit ever, and he didn’t care one bit. In fact, his aim had been to look as silly as possible. The Liberation Day Ball’s theme was All Creatures Great and Small, and Perry, who didn’t take much in life seriously, wasn’t about to start now. Hence the butterfly mask and the wings attached to his back. He danced through the crowd, either on his own or with anyone who looked like they needed a partner.
