Gabriella stepped back from the governor's embrace when she spotted Levi from a distance in his casual suit. She had seen him during the trial. In these trying times, his presence meant a lot to Gabriella.
Levi smiled, warm and comforting. Gabriella couldn't describe how good it felt to know that someone was on her side when the entire world was against her.
