The air was warm and humid, and the majority of people had chosen to stay indoors or go to the pools or beaches, where they could cool off. Cassandra was an exception. Sitting against Joshua, they had leaned on a tree in the centre of the deserted park. His face was resting against Cassandra"s cheek, while his arms wrapped around the young woman"s body. In front of them, in the distance stood the municipal library of Delcima which was part of the cultural heritage. They relished the present moment and were grateful for the time they were given.
