A sense of yearning engulfed me as I bent down to place a bunch of fresh freesias in front of my parents' tombstone. My heart longed to meet them again and laugh with them. A sigh escaped my lips as I straightened my back to look at their graves, glad that I didn't feel so tormented as I did before.
