"You seem upset," Cole noted. I blinked and looked up at him after staring at nothing in particular, "Are you still thinking about what he said?" He asked me after he captured my undivided attention.
I shrugged, "It's not something I can easily forget," I said, "He sounded so sure, you know. It is disturbing. " I let out a heavy breath, shaking my head. There was this heaviness in my heart, and it freaked me out. Whenever I felt like this, I always ended up losing someone that I loved. I just hoped that this time, my intuitions were wrong.
