Jealous Mina And Her Plans

1734 Words
"How fast the time flies! It's been a week since Sana joined us, let's go for clubbing tonight!", Emily planned as three of the girls were walking into the hallway towards the elevator. "Yeah, but I'm a little tired today! Can we go next weekend?", Sana requested her colleagues with a pout and puppy eyes. The entire day she has spent only walking upstairs and downstairs for Mina as elevators were under maintenance. "Of course, she must be tired. Mina is going on a little bit hard over her recently. She has actually made Sana her personal assistant!", Lucy spoke up. A flicker of bitterness was reflected in her voice. And why wouldn't she be? Mina started calling out Sana every hour for her work. Mr. Brown has been given all the responsibility of Sana over Mina, and in jealousy, she is giving Sana more hardships only to see her in pain and tiredness. Mina crossed the limits when she gave Sana a few papers to print out and when she was about to bring them back with copies, Mina secretly hid all the original copies and blamed Sana to be careless. Mr. Brown gave Sana the last warning saying if she commits a mistake again within this month of joining then she can be removed from this company. Sana doesn't know the game Mina was playing with her as Mina acted kind and innocent before her. Sana is fooled by a two masked girl and she could do anything Mina says to keep her job for the money as she doesn't have any other qualifications to get a good job in any good company. "Sana", Mina called out from behind. Sana was walking out of the company with her colleagues to go back home. Sana instantly glanced back at Mina standing with a bunch of files in her hands. "Don't tell me, is she about to give her overtime on weekend?", Emily gasped as she mumbled her suspicion. "No need to ask, she will actually give her those files and let her work late in the night, alone in this company with her", Lucy groaned as she glared at Mina walking towards them with a wide grin. "It might be important then. I mean, why would she keep giving me work intentionally?", Sana asked in a low voice so that Mina couldn't hear anything they talking about her. "Because she is jealous!", Lucy stated. "Hey, Sana! Hope you are free tonight? I won't be taking much of your time but baby please wait for a few hours with me here to complete these important documents!", Mina began up insisting Sana to not go back to her home and wait to work for her. She needs Sana to stay with her in the company and complete all the pending work. "It's really important for tomorrow's meeting!", Mina added. Sana's eyes widened, Mina really did come to her asking to wait in the company and complete the work with her. But Sana doesn't have any other options than to agree and wait with her. Sana's contract clearly states that she has to stay in the office to work overtime whenever she is asked for. Sana has to follow it, no matter what. "But Sana is tired today, she wants to go home!", Emily interfered but Mina's death glare made her quiet and look away from them. "No one asked you, dear", Mina interrupted faking a smile. "Sana? Are you tired? See I can't ask any other employees of this company to help me except you. You have already signed the contract, you remember it right?". Mina pouted and looked innocently at Sana continuously. Even if she didn't remind her about the agreement, Sana already knows and she can do anything to keep her job secure except illegal things. "I'm feeling better now, let me help you mam!", Sana cheered up with a smile as she agreed on staying in the company late, for work. "You can both go and enjoy the evening, thanks for asking me out", Sana said. Her calm voice reflected how innocent she was to endure these hardships for her stepfamily. "Do you really think about us letting you go tonight? You have to come with us at any cost. We will be helping you both for completing your work soon so that we can go early!", Lucy stated coldly and keep staring at both Sana and Mina for the answer. "I don't need you both to work with me!", Mina quickly spoke up to let them both go away. "If the workload is too much that our Miss. Mina needs someone's help, then we shouldn't step back, right?", Emily joined too as she winked at Lucy to continue the further talks and irritate Mina. Sana cluelessly glanced over both her colleagues, unaware of their plans. Meanwhile, both the girls wanted to irritate Mina so that she could either let everyone wait in the company or let them go by getting irritated. And as Mina was an easy deal to make furious due to her short temper, she made them all wait. "Fine! You can both join me and Sana too", Mina let out annoyingly as the girls cheered up and were jumping in joy. "But", she paused making them stop jump and then continued her warning. "This file is meant to be worked for international clients who will visit our company tomorrow when you all will be in your home enjoying your Sunday. If something happens with these papers and reports, I guarantee that one person will lose her job for sure!". With that reminder of working rules, Mina walked away making the three girls follow her back. She took all of them in Mr. Brown's cabin and began up giving each of them their work. • • • "Next week we will release our video game, I'm damn excited for it dude!", Richard said. Taking a deep breath of fresh air in the club, he leaned back on the couch, looking up for the girls he was going to take home tonight. "It's annoying me now", Jackson grumbled as he rubbed his hair in annoyance. "What if it doesn't go the way we want it to be?", he asked his only best friend sitting beside him who was busy staring at girls. "Stop it, dude! They might have boyfriends!", he added as he noticed Richard how desperately he was watching over two girls who were dancing seductively to impress Richard and Jackson. "I said stop bro!", Jackson said furiously as he hit his head making Richard come out of his dreams. "What man?", Richard shouted over Jackson in irritation. "It is not our company! We came here to relieve our stress and not to let it give more rise to our mental health!", he exclaimed. "Just cheer up man! Don't act like a girl on her periods!", Richard added as he kept the jug of beer banging it against the table. "We need to order new drinks!" "f**k up!", Jackson cursed him. "That's what I'm about to do tonight! You already know many young girls come to the club tonight as it is the weekend. Dude, the night will be amazing!", Richard spoke up his heart in excitement. His talks and actions made the arrogant Jackson chuckle as he kept listening to him. The Friendship of an extrovert like Richard and an introvert like Jackson was a hit pair of besties. • • • "Those files must be saved in the spreadsheet before leaving, got it?", Mina confirmed the work with Lucy before walking towards Emily. "Papers must be in the perfect order as I said you", Mina said as she stood by the side of Emily and watched her rearranging the papers in the file. "Yeah, I know! Time and date must be in perfect order. Don't worry mam!, Emily said reassuring their Secretary of Chairman. Nodding at Emily, Mina peeked at Sana doing some work while standing by the desk of Mr. Brown. "Carefully, that's the desk of our chairman. Just spend more time cleaning the pieces of paper waste fallen everywhere in the cabin, then we are done for today!", Mina announced with a warm smile. "Let me bring some coffee and snacks for you all to cheer you guys and appreciate your hard work!", she added admiring their commitment to their jobs before walking out of the cabin. "What is with her today? Pretending to be nice out of blue?", Emily mumbled in bewilderment as soon as Mina walked out of the cabin to bring them snacks. "She chose a wrong occupation for her, she must have become an actress" "Hahaha! The role of villain will suit her more in the movies!", Emily giggled making everyone laugh in chaos. Meanwhile, when the girls were joking about Mina behind her, she listened to them as she stood out of the cabin, eavesdropping on what they talk. "I can be the worst villain in your real life too my babies!", she mumbled with a smirk before walking away on her high heels to bring snacks for the girls. • • • "Thanks a lot for today! It would have taken hours for me to complete everything if you would have not decided to stay with me here and help me out", Mina thanked the girls emotionally. She faked tears pretending how glad she was to meet them and make them her friends. "Thanks to Sana, if it wasn't the one whom you willed to make her wait in the company, then we must have not helped you out too!", Lucy confessed arrogantly with a smirk as she crossed her arms near her chest. "Actually, we are late, we must go now!", she added as she dragged Sana out of the company before Mina let her do more work. "Aren't you afraid to answer her back?", Sana asked in wonder about how Lucy always answers to her rudely and sarcastically with glares. "Of course, not! Hahaha, I'm just a temporary employee here and even if I lose this job, I can get an amazing one in my father's company too. I just work here to know how cruel this world is and how more I could get rude to this world". "Amazing!", both Emily and Sana mumbled in unison as they were amazed by Lucy and her straightforward attitude.
