Jackson let go the hand of Sana after she admitted what's in her heart. He was hurt because of her. He didn't utter a word later and simply walked back into his room leaving Sana alone by the couch.
Sana stood behind watching him quietly walking into his room, he looked upset and nuts at the same time which she was afraid to mess with. Jackson did his best to control his emotions and walk away from Sana.
But, Sana didn't truly mean to hurt him. By her words earlier, "I do", she actually meant that she loves Ethan, it wasn't about Richard anymore.
