"So, you are not the daughter of Jonas's?", Richard asked in amusement. "Then why did they told my dad that you are their daughter? What is to lie in this?".
Sana unknowingly spelled out the truth from her own mouth that she is a stepdaughter of Jonas's, and then began regretting it. No one knows about it, neither her neighbors.
She was always introduced to others that she is their first child as if Mr. and Mrs. Jonas wanted to hide the truth. Sana always made an effort to ask why don't they tell others the truth, but Mr. and Mrs. Jonas always ignored it and tried to change the topic.
Richard kept staring at Sana for the answer but she was busy drinking the wine as if it was water. Of course, she was uncomfortable and didn't want to talk about it. But Richard is not one of them who gives up easily.
"Stop it!", before Sana could fill another glass of wine, Richard grabbed Sana's hands and put the bottle of wine away to the distance that her hands couldn't reach.
"But-"
"Answer me", Richard turned Sana to face him. He was closer to her face, inches apart. His hands gripped Sana's arms tightly as he kept glaring at her. For some reason, Sana seemed different to Richard from others.
Meanwhile, Sana's heart began to thump loudly as if it could burst. Her cheeks turned out red, her breath hitched to look him this closer to her face. Anyhow, Richard was her boss too even if he didn't work there.
And Sana has to answer him. To get rid of her sudden bursting of hormones, Sana decided to let Richard know about this secret and make him keep it a secret too.
"Ac- Actually, I too don't know about why they fake me as their daughter to others", Sana managed to talk as she continued to look away from Richard to escape from his glares.
"I asked them many times about why don't they tell others that I'm adopted, but in the end, I was being yelled at for talking about it. The only thing told me is to keep it a secret from others but I don't know why did I said I'm their stepdaughter before you".
Sana concluded giving her honest answer but Richard still kept glaring at her. He seemed to be not satisfied with her answer. He tightened the grip on Sana's arms more and pulled her more closer to him, making their nose touch and Sana gasp.
"Please, leave me", Sana whined lowly. She doesn't want to create a scene in the restaurant and make others think that her boss is humiliating her, she thought she could lose her job with that.
"This is a secret my parents said me to keep, so I beg you to not tell it to others too. Please, leave! It's hurting!", a tear rolled down her eyes as she ended up explaining to him as quickly as she could.
Letting out a deep sigh, Richard let her go and leaned back to sit properly on his seat. Sana rubbed the are on her arms where Richard grabbed it leaving red marks.
"Okay!", Richard spoke up. Sana quickly glanced at him, thinking that he might have agreed with her to keep it a secret. "I'll keep it a secret for you".
His last words made her the happiest woman in the entire world. She took Richard in the wrong way as if he would deny her and purposely tease her, but he turned to be the opposite of that.
Sana smiled at him, right now Richard owns a lot for Sana as he agreed to keep it a secret. "But in one condition", he said further.
"Wh- what?", Sana asked, she was dizzy. The smile on her lips disappeared. She was right, he isn't a boy to be trusted.
Richard chuckled as he looked at Sana's pale face. She was stunned as if she has seen a ghost.
"I'll tell you the conditions later, Miss hangover", Richard ended up laughing at Sana. The wine gradually affected over her.
"You need to go home and rest now, you have eaten quite a lot than I thought. A pale girl like you shouldn't be eating too much like a pig", Richard taunted Sana making her irritated.
"Shut up you rich goat. You got no muscular body, such a shame", Sana smirked bitterly as she managed to stand in her place.
Even though she only drank a few glasses of wine, she became dizzy as if she has drunk a few bottles of alcohol.
"Your tolerance for alcohol is too low", Richard said rolling up his eyes and stood up too.
"What? What do you think of yourself Mr. Goat?", Sana shouted out a little louder, grabbing everyone's attention in the restaurant.
"f**k!", Richard cursed the situation underneath his breath as he grabbed Sana by her arm and dragged her out of the restaurant.

"Leave me, I can walk on my own!", Sana exclaimed as she jerked Richard's hand from her body.
Richard sighed and finally let Sana climb upstairs on her own, but as he expected, she lost her control and fell backward. Richard grabbed her from falling and picked up her bridal style.
"Now stop your arrogance and tell me in which flat do you live", Richard groaned making Sana scare and nod in approval.
"303", Sana mumbled with a pout. She acted up as a baby picked up by her daddy and was taking her into her bedroom.
Richard gasped glaring at the cute face. He looked away from her puppy eye glares which made him flustered. "Stop staring at me like that!", Richard warned her as he continued to walk upstairs.
"Stop what?", Sana asked innocently but Richard felt to ignore her. Ignoring her would be the best option for Richard than letting something worst happen to the dizzy girl in her apartment.
Richard took out Sana's keys from her pocket and unlocked the door before taking Sana into her small home. "Where is the bedroom?", Richard inquired as he glanced around the living room.
"Where is-", Richard asked her again when he didn't get any answer. But he stopped when he caught her already sleeping peacefully in his arms. "Ahh! This girl!", he whined rolling up his eyes as he walked more into the flat to find the bedroom.
Richard pulled the blanket over Sana's body and stood by the bed, watching the messy girl sleeping peacefully under her blanket. For the first time, Richard was letting go of a girl whom he gave ride in his car.
"She is different", he mumbled. He kept watching her chest falling up down whenever she breathed. Her hairs tied in a bun became a mess, her plumpy lips were apart, her long lashes were resting on her red cheeks, her perfectly carved face was puffed up making her look the cutest.
Richard was drawn out from his thoughts as soon as his cell phone vibrated in his pocket. "Jackson?", he mumbled. He couldn't talk to him right before her as she can wake up, so Richard walked out of her bedroom.
Carefully closing the door behind him, Richard took the call as he walked into the hallway. "Hey bro wassup?", said Richard.
"Where the hell are you i***t!", Jackson shouted out. Richard put the cell phone on a distance from his ears as Jackson started up talking up loudly. "Do you even have any idea about what happened?".
"Hey bro calm down. You will make my ears bleed", Richard said with giggles.
"f**k this calm, drive to my place right now. No matter with whom you are planning to spend this night, but I want you here, right now!", Jackson notified him before hanging up the call.
"But-", before Richard could ask him what happened, Jackson already kept the call cutting off Richard mid-sentence.
"He scares me sometimes. God knows what happened now", Richard worriedly kept his cell phone back in his pocket and walked out of Sana's apartment as soon as he could, making sure he locked the door.

The sound of alarm made Sana wake up from her dreams. It was morning already and time to get ready for work. Her lazy body made her cuddle a little with her blanket unless she got flashbacks about last night in her mind.
"Shut up you rich goat. You got no muscular body, such a shame"
"What? What do you think of yourself, Mr. Goat?"
"Leave me, I can walk on my own!"
"What?", Sana screamed as she sat on her bed but her head suddenly got heavy, giving her a headache. She remembered how she let down the honorifics out of blue and also she called Richard a goat.
"What in the world did you do Sana!", she groaned pulling her hair and regretting her actions about last night.
"I swear if they kick me out of the company then I will never forgive myself", she said crying out over her mistakes made on the first day and hitting her head with the pillow.
Taking a glance over the watch, she quickly stepped out of the bed to get ready as she was already late.

"Hey, lady luck! Did you read the news of today?", Emily asked. She was grinning widely as if something amazing happened to her.
"No- No, why?", Sana inquired in confusion. Since she walked into the company, every pair of eyes only glanced over her making her think of the espresso incident.
"Wait! Don't tell me! Is the news about the espresso incident is aired on news?", Sana asked in astonishment. The clueless girl was unaware of something big that happened last night which made Richard leave at Jackson's place.
"Hahaha stupid girl, it's something else!", Lucy chuckled as she handed over the company's newsletter to Sana. "Read it yourself, I think you were his lady luck!".
