After getting dressed we walked down stairs to join John the rest of our party who will be going with us on the trip to the Fae world. John is allowing Kathy to go with us along with Lance ; her mate is also coming with us. Mark and Angie must have arrived when we were up stairs.
“Alright now that everyone is ready” John says clearly annoyed at mine and Hazes delay. Honestly however I don't care and obviously neither does Haze. He wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me to his chest. John looks at him and growls.
“John this is Haze. The wolf that lives inside Blaze. He is here to spend time with me and protect me because I asked him to. He is not a threat. Now please refrain from growling at him.” I say as I look up at Haze who is doing a terrible job of hiding his smile.
