Chapter Eleven
Leah awoke the next morning having had a complete change of heart. Last night had really pounded a few things into her mind and she had to face facts. Before, all she wanted was her selfish needs quenched. To experience making love with Theron. To have him falling in love with her. The truth was though, he didn’t want any type of relationship with her and she had to accept that.
No more teasing, she vowed. No more intimate encounters. She would be his friend for as long as she remained—not much longer, she was certain. And, if the glorious day ever came when he fell in love with her, she would give of herself as she had never done before, but she had a feeling she shouldn't expect any such thing to happen.
