I got up from bed. I charged my phone. I brushed my teeth. I cleaned my place. I went out for a quick jog. I came back tired. I ran inside for a shower, not wanting to be late. I came out fresh and drank lots of water. I did different things today. Things completely unrelated to one another. But, throughout it all, one thing stayed constant. Fear. Yup, today was the day. I looked at the time. I had almost 45 minutes before I could be called late so I wore whatever I could find and moved out. I was so scared I didn’t have it in me to eat but I knew I had to.
