First Meeting With The Devil!

May is reading some news on a website, the website is created by some secret agents to help one another. If some ordinary people accidentally open it, they won't find anything unusual about the articles there, it is just some celebrity gossip, entertainment news, and fashion trends. The website admin even never touches on political news. If you need to find something you have to have a key that will be changed every hour and when you enter the key you will need to enter your member id and password.

Since working on The Devil's Hand's case, May has been a regular visitor to this website. She has paid close attention to children's a*******n, children trafficking, and human trafficking. She knows the devil plays a big role in it. Sometimes she goes to the crime scene to check whether the devil's hands has been used or not. 

Her intuition this time, there will be a heart hunter doing his job soon. May wants to become the product he is looking for, so she can go to the devil's lair. She is looking for a clue on the website, whether an inquiry has been posted or not. It will be difficult if they already have a candidate. 

While reading some articles on the website, there is a knock on the door.

"May, can I come in?"

"Yes, do you need anything, Liu Fei?"

"My father has just called he is free tonight, he asked whether we can have dinner with him or not?"

hmm... Should I meet the devil now? Or after I catch his tail? May is frowning while looking at Liu Fei's chest.

"May? Earth is calling May... Are you there?" Liu Fei tries ruffled May's hair, her body responds quickly catches his hand and almost throws him into the air. 

"May...easy...easy...it's me Liu Fei!" He hugs her shoulder tightly.

"I am so sorry Liu Fei, I was just..." (May is speechless) What should I tell him? that I was thinking about the devil AKA his father?

"It's okay May, you need to relax. It's just my father and we are not that close, he is just an ordinary businessman you don't need to think that hard honey." Liu Fei is smiling while kissing May's head She used my shampoo, I should remind her which one is for her and which one is mine.

"Ugh stop that sweet words now, you give me goosebumps..." May breaks away from Liu Fei's hug.

"Hey...(Liu Fei try to hug May again, he likes the warmth of her body) So how about tonight? I have to answer my father."

"If you want to go then I will follow you, after all, I am your bodyguard (May smiles) That's right May keeps this distance and we both are safe.

Liu Fei frowns, he didn't like how May describes their relationship, but hey if I introduce her to my father maybe she will consider this relationship. She and my father will be my family, Liu Fei suddenly smiles.

"Okay, we'll go then. Let's pick what you gonna wear tonight, I remember buying a yellow dress last time."

"Liu Fei, no don't even think of that, I will never ever wear that. That dress is too soft, I can't hide my gun in it."

"It's just dinner, I don't think you need to bring it."

"As a bodyguard, I have to prepare in every situation, my success is not  measured by receiving an award or a bonus but keeping you alive. I don't need to wear something pretty to impress your father, our relationship is just temporary."

"May..." Liu Fei reaches out, but May pushed him out. "Go out, I promise I will wear something decent."

At 6.30 pm May is ready,  she has searched through the website and found no inquiry of a heart has been placed. It means they have already had the candidates, this will be hard. May has prepared to lead the devil into making her a perfect candidate for the heart.

"Ready?"

"Oh Liu Fei, yes I am ready."

She doesn't wear the dresses I bought for her, she wears her business attire instead.

"What? something wrong?"

"No, you still look beautiful... but don't you want to make people believe that you are my fiancée?"

"... But all those dresses look terrible on me, I mean not the dress. But my body, you know I have some scars... we don't want people to think I am a thug or something (wink)."

"..." Ah I forget about the scars when I bought those dresses...

"Don't worry Liu Fei, just pretend that I have just come back from a business meeting alright?"

At 7.30 they have arrived at the fine dining restaurant,

Liu Fei holds May's hand It's okay May this is just an acting. When May sees the devil, she almost can't help tighten her hand, luckily her training help.

"Father, this is May, my fiancée."

"Hi, Dr. Liu nice to meet you."

"May nice to meet you too... You have a unique name, Just May?"

"Oh, Well it is May Huang. I change my name when I decided to start a new life..."

"New life? What's happened?"

"I lost my parents when I was 5 years old, they had an accident... When I finally accepted the fact that they have gone forever, I decided to change my name." Do you accept the challenge, Dr. Liu? I have given you an official introduction, nice to meet you, Mr. Devil!

2 hours before...

"Do you need the id card as well?"

"Yes, I want to bring it tonight."

"Got it, I will send it in 1 hour."

May is looking for a way to let Dr. Liu sees her donor ID card, she accidentally left her purse open on the table near Dr. Liu's seat, " Dr. Liu please excuse me, I need to go to the bathroom" 

And then she nudges her purse. " Oh God, how careless of me..." May picked up the things and puts them in her purse one by one, she wants to make sure Dr. Liu see her donor id. 

Liu Fei raises from his seat trying to help May, but May raises her hand and stops Liu Fei "It's okay Liu Fei, I can handle it."

Dr. Liu has already bent over helping May, he sees the card and picks it up "I am so sorry Dr. Liu, don't bother I can handle this" when May has finished pick up the things she gets back to her seat.

"May, how noble of you, you are registering as an organ donor?"

May makes her face looked surprised, "Oh you see that I just think when we die the organ will only be the food for the worm, why not makes it more useful to someone who needs it."

Dr. Liu gives the card back but he has remembered the detail in it, it is matched with Annie lee. I can make her disappear from Liu Fei and also use her for Annie, kill 2 birds with 1 stone that thought made Dr. Liu smile a little.

Though his smile is subtle, May sees that got you!

"May, I never know you registered for that?" Liu Fei is a little bit shocked What if something happens to her and I have to take her heart? though he is a doctor that thought makes him very sad.

"When I was in the US, I had a serious car accident. I was hospitalized for almost 2 months, I hear many stories there. One of them was a boy who got hit by a car while saving his dog, The doctors said he was in brain dead state for almost a week. The family was still hoping for a miracle. But another family is in need of a heart transplant, their daughter has been waiting for the heart for almost 1 year, her condition was getting worse, she can't wait anymore.  I saw her mother kneel down in front of the boy's room, begging his family. She said I am sorry and please help my daughter. An organ donor will always be needed anywhere, and there will always be that kind of story happened."

"I see... such a sad story, May I know what happened with them? Did the girl get the heart?"

"The dog which that boy saved, was found dead 10 days after that and the boy also dies at that time, if you believe in a fairytale Dr. Liu, we will say that they are going to heaven together. The girl got his heart and the family promised to keep in touch."

"Such a..."

"Tragic or beautiful story, Liu Fei?"

"Both..."

"I couldn't agree more, how about you Dr. Liu?"

"Yeah...It is..."

The dinner lasts until 9 o'clock, May thinks she has completed her mission that day. She has taken out her bait, hopefully, the devil bites it.
