Chapter 11 - The Coven

Agenla’s POV
As soon as I saw Leah’s wolf I was awestruck. I looked over at Logan and the fear in his eyes told me I needed to do something so immediately I spelled the Warriors with us not to be able to speak about what they had seen and I threw up a protection spell around the territory. I knew my powers couldn’t hold the protection spell for long but with the help of my coven we could make it stronger and last longer.
After joining them on their run I retired back to my coven to talk to my Aunt’s about Leah. Logan’s grandfather had fallen in love with my great aunt years ago after his mate died, they never had children but he gave our coven a place in the pack and we have been here ever since. My Mother died shortly after she gave birth to me and I never knew who my father was. My aunt raised me and although they had limited contact with the pack I grew up alongside Logan, his parents were like parents to me so when they died I was there to grieve with Logan and help him through it. Since Leah appeared I felt this connection with her but I didn’t completely understand it but knowing who she really is now is finally putting the pieces together.
As I approached our little coven village I was met by my Aunt Clara, “Child, why are you out so late?” Aunt Clara asked. “Auntie Logan asked me to witness the shift of his mate and we need to talk. '' I replied, giving my Aunt a hug. We went inside the cottage we shared and sat on the couch in front of the fire. “Tell me child” she said. “Auntie, Leah is a white wolf”. My Aunt was silent for a moment then got up and retrieved a book from the bookcase and sat down with it beside me. “This is indeed a blessed night” she said as she flipped through the pages.
My Aunt and I spent the next hour reading and discussing Leah’s wolf and what was to come. “Child get some sleep tomorrow will be a busy day and Logan and Leah will need you” I smiled and gave my Aunt a kiss on the cheek and went to bed. Tomorrow will indeed be busy.
