Chapter Six
The PCI building looked the same as it always did, which meant that it appeared like nothing magical was going on inside. Cissy knew that was part of the point, if the official paranormal buildings stood out, that would draw unwanted attention from the humans they lived amongst, and that wasn't a good thing. This way, they were able to stay under the radar more, even if that meant the buildings looked uninspiring and boring.
"It feels like we've been spending a lot of time here," Darius muttered.
"I don't think that's going to change unless one of us leaves the Council," Cissy pointed out. "I think a lot of our early jobs are going to involve catching criminal necromancers."
