Reunion

    “Clara!!!” he yelled as he immediately started running towards the building but he was unable to move as a guard caught his hand.                                       

“Sir, you can`t go inside!!!” he warned him.                                                          

“There are people inside, let me go!!!” he broke free and started running again.

    Benedict loaded his weapon with a new magazine and teleported down in the ruins of the top floors of IASA. There Viktor, John, Peter, and Sarah were lying unconscious but soon after Jackson, Dave, Zack, Benedict, Alexander, and Arnold moved between them not giving away a single emotion of their previous crewmates.                                                                                                                         

“Here take this,” Azra armed Clara with a gun both of them were in Azra`s office at the time of the explosion and both of them were, Azra was aware that this was not an accident that could cause an explosion but rather an attack, because of the lights were out it was hard to see around the office so they split to search around.                                                                                                                        

“Drop it!” Benedict pointed a gun at Clara, as she panicked and dropped it right away she widened her eyes and her jaw dropped she saw a ghost, but no it was all very real at least it seemed real he was alive and kicking.                                                                                                                               

“I knew you`d come,” said Azra revealing her face from the darkness and she was quite laid back it seemed that she knew what she was doing, “I can bring you back, It`s still not too late,” she continued.                                         

“Shut up!!! I`m already dead,” Benedict yelled at her.                                                                                     

“This… your thoughts, your actions… It`s not real, but if you just let me help you,” Azra moved closer to him even though he had pointed the gun at her, she starred at his hands directly into the veins that were showing from his forearms, his blood was glowing inside, she knew what the matter was.

    Simon finally found his way inside the building he started clicking rapidly on the elevator buttons but no result he turned around and saw the flight of stairs he is going to have to go through and wasted no time.

    “Yo cap!!! We got to move,” yelled a voice from the distance.                              

“The choice is yours finish the mission or let me help you,” Azra told him as soon as Arnold entered the office he immediately told Benedict to shoot Azra. Benedict hesitated for a while, as Azra closed her eyes and breathed slowly, but he made the decision he picked up Clara`s gun that she dropped and pointed it toward Arnold and instantly shot him in the chest as he fell on the ground covering the floor with blood.                                                                                              

“Now if you just let me help you,” Azra moved even closer to him.                     

“Don`t touch me,” he pointed the gun at her once again.                                       

“Who did this to you?,” Azra asked.                                                                             

“He is real, It`s him,” said Benedict.                                                                           

“Hex,” presumed Azra. “He tapped in your head, told you lies that you believed, you couldn`t have possibly known about the Decimator, even if you did I forgive you,” she paused for a moment. “Now will you let me help you?”                                                                                                                       

“No! First I have to deal with Caty,” he hissed. “But I`m going to need you to stop Simon,” he continued.                                                                                           

“Caty?” Clara was confused.                                                                                      

“She is alive…” Azra looked away.                                                                                                    

“Help me to help you,” Benedict looked at them. “Stop Simon.”                           

“We will stop him don`t worry,” Clara promised.                             

    “Let`s move,” ordered Benedict as soon as he left Azra`s office carrying Arnold`s body.                                                                                                            

“What happened?” Alexander asked him.                                                            

“Clara shot him, she escaped,” he lied. “Get on the ship,” he ordered again.                                                                                                                        

“Lenov!!!” yelled a voice from behind him, it was Simon they finally met again, Simon could not believe how this is possible what is this witchcraft. “What… are… What the f**k!? Please explain!!!” Simon yelled at him as he followed him.                                                                                                             

“Stop following me!!!” Benedict yelled and shot Simon in the arm as he fell to the ground.                                                                                                                

“Simon!!!” yelled Raven.                                                                                                       

“Ahh… I`m fine just let me be,” he stood up and told John to grab a tracker as both of them ran toward the roof. Simon leaned on the destroyed wall and looked at Star Fury all shiny and new color he took a moment to admire the sight, a sight which was quite something plus the stars of the night sky spicing it up giving it a terrific sight that was something to watch for hours but time was against them the Star Fury was soon going to warp and they had to do something. “You are going to have to take the shot,” Simon told to John. John immediately set the rifle that looked like a sniper and pulled the trigger. As soon as John made the shot a small device flew across and attached itself to the back of Star Fury. The device was a remarkable invention it had its router to reveal the location at all times it fed itself from the power of the ship and also had lenses that bent the light giving it a cloaking ability.                                                                                                          

“Tracker attached,” said John.                                                                                       

“I`m coming for you,” said Simon as the Star Fury warped.

    Azra has heard of potions and elixir`s of bringing things back to life but she always dismissed it as fairy tales furthermore it seemed advanced even for her civilization. Now of course for the rest it also seemed foolish.

“Philosopher`s stone? Give me a break!” said Alexander, but it didn`t seem farfetched as soon as Azra told them about how Caty is still around.                                                                                                          

“That`s how she did it…” mumbled Sarah.                                                                   

“What was that?” Peter asked Sarah as he did not hear properly.                         

“Jane is Caty and it is through the elixir of life she managed to live this long,” she explained.                                                                                                                 

“Wait!” Viktor stepped up. “Jane…the one that trained us?” he asked.               

“That`s the one,” confirmed Sarah.                                                                                           

“Oh so now it`s important?” asked John.                                                                

“Because the captain wanted it that way,” said Sarah.                                      

“Who else knows about this?” asked Raven.                                                          

“Me, Dave, the captain, and Azra,” replied Sarah.                                                  

“Damn it, Sarah, these kinds of things shouldn`t be kept from the people that are close to you,” said John in disappointment.                                                        

“If the captain thought that it`s for the best we don`t know, then probably is,” Peter defended Sarah, Simon just listened to all of this and stood quietly deep in his thoughts, he told Peter that the evil has been dealt with and that Benedict is gone, but from what he has been hearing that Caty is still alive, and the fact that Benedict is back from the dead shows that his job is far from done. He immediately stood up without saying a word and walked down the stairs because the elevators still didn`t work after the explosion, he walked across the courtyard and moved toward the hangars as he clicked on the panel and the door started sliding open.  

    The doors of the hangar opened sideways allowing the light inside to shine on the white hull of the U.N.E. Tereshkova, after a while, a figure entered and looked up to the ship.                                                                                                “Here we go… again…” he spoke, he was probably happy and at the same time not very enthusiastic about all this. “Get ready we are leaving immediately,” he turned to the others that were now standing behind him.  

    “MAKE IT REAL, IMPROVISE,” Benedict wrote on a piece of paper just as they were nearing the planet and their radio signals were now interceptable by Caty.                                                                                                 

“How can Azra escape!?” started Jackson just as they were getting ready to land.                                                                                                                       

“No! How can we f**k this up? We`ve been through this couple of times!” Zack was livid.                                                                                                                             

“You know what? Just leave me alone and let me deal with Caty!” Benedict snapped.                                                                                                                           

“Yeah but…” Jackson did not finish what he had on mind.                                                

     “So you managed to f**k it up?” Caty asked Benedict.                                              

“Look I`m sorry, but I`ll make things right,” said Benedict.                                   

“How!?” Caty asked, but before Benedict could answer Hex interrupted with his tablet.                                                                                                                                   

“Caty there`s a ship in the mesosphere of this planet,” he was confused.

“What!?” she was also surprised because the planet that they were staying on was barren and only had one building in which they were staying it had no way of locating them.                                                                                                          

“This is how, give me Star Fury and I`ll defend this planet,” said Benedict.

    “We can activate cloaking and sneak on them,” said Azra to Peter both of them stood aside on the bridge and went over the plan, Peter nodded and agreed with her idea.   

“No!” Simon yelled. “We go and hit them directly, this ends today!!!” he walked away from them and next to the captain`s chair.                                                                          

“Captain you might want to see this,” said John.                                                    

“What?” he asked, but before John could answer the Star Fury stopped warping in front of Tereshkova. Benedict and Simon looked at each other angrily through the big windows of both of the ships but then the others stood behind both of the captains looking angrily as well, it was like someone told them to do that as if they were making money shot.                                                                                         

“FIRE!!!” yelled Benedict.                                                                                     

“SHIELDS!!!” ordered Simon. The two lasers from Star Fury powered up and flew across space and directly into Tereshkova but to no effect because of the shields.                                                                                                                           

“Shields at eighty percent captain,” warned John.                                                    

“Come on what are you planning?” Simon was talking about Benedict.                 

“Cap I think it`s time,” Alexander and Jackson approached Benedict.                                      

“All right be careful,” he said “Cut the shooting,” Benedict ordered to Zack.                                                                                                                    

“All right this will get bumpy,” he replied.                                                                   

“This better work,” Alexander warned as he put his backpack on and loaded his gun.                                                                                                                                       

“I hope so,” responded Benedict, although Alexander did not want that kind of response however it was the best he got.                                                                                     

     “A shuttle just left the ship it shows three life signs,” Raven told Simon.              

“What? Where are the rest?” he asked as he turned again at the Star Fury.

“It matters not we`ve got a bigger fish to fry now,” he stepped forward on the bridge. “Fire barrage at Star Fury!!!” he ordered. The guns from Tereshkova unloaded a couple of laser shots on Star Fury but the Star Fury`s shields withstood the barrage, Benedict and Zack remained on the ship to cover for the others, the Star Fury instantly disappeared as the shooting stopped.                                                                                                                       

“Where did they…” Sarah was surprised.                                                                         

“They went in hyperspace,” warned Viktor.                                                           

“Captain they went to Earth I`m sure of it,” said Peter.                               

“What?” Simon was surprised. “John set course for Earth,” he ordered.                       

“Don`t you dare move,” warned Azra as she pointed a gun at Viktor.                  

“Ok…” he lifted his arms in surrender.                                                                                 

“Call off the order,” Clara also pointed a gun at Simon.                                   

“Clara…?” he turned at her with a disappointment in his eyes.                            

“Simon just trust me on this one!” Azra yelled at him.                                                                        

“Ok, what the f**k is going on?” asked Viktor with his arms still up in the air. Azra couldn`t control the situation any longer as she told everything that has happened while Simon was outside when IASA exploded and also told him about the little chat she had with Benedict. The four of them have kill chips in their bloodstream if they were to divert away from Caty`s orders, just a little bit it will be the last thing they ever did, that is why Benedict had to stand against Simon and fight him until now they had a plan the shuttle that was headed back to the planet, it went there for a reason.

“Then we must help them,” Simon finally understood everything.                  

“Now you are speaking my language,” Azra told him and both of them lowered the guns, whilst the Star Fury appeared again in front of the Tereshkova, it warped in order to make the Tereshkova chase after it instead of the shuttle and all of that was a cover-up so that Caty wouldn`t notice there is a shuttle of angry people headed toward her.

    “How are we going to deal with all the guards down there?” asked Alexander.                                                                                                                           

“We won`t have to,” replied Jackson who was piloting the shuttle.                            

“Caty there`s a shuttle from Star Fury approaching our base,” Hex was confused.                                                                                                                   

“What!? What are they doing?” Caty was confused also. The shuttle fired two laser beams at the anti-aircraft guns and took them out, but the third gun fired a rocket that hit the right-wing of the shuttle.                                                                                                        

“They`ve got us we are going down,” warned Jackson.                                               

“All right get ready!” Alexander ordered, Hex ran toward the computer to activate the kill chips, but he wasn`t fast enough. Jackson managed to pilot the shuttle right into Caty`s office and tore a hole in the wall as nearly the whole shuttle was in the room as the plasma shields around the building closed the gap, compressed the air and it stabilized the gravity. The explosion pushed Caty away from the shuttle and knocked out Hex, Caty was struggling to get up Jackson burst out from the window of the shuttle and ran toward Caty grabbing her on the neck and started punching her on the face.                                                                                                                            

“Jackson Stop!!!” Alexander yelled but it was futile as he kept punching her. “Stop!!!” he yelled again.                                                                                          

“You locked my friend in prison, you killed an entire civilization, you`ve made us go through all this trouble, this has always been coming for you, but the captain has only been delaying it,” as he walked toward Caty. “Well now he isn’t here nor Soldana nor your ships,” he drew out his gun pointing it at her head. "Many others would want to do this, but you are just too evil to be left alive," he c****d the gun and slowly pulled the trigger, the muzzle flashed and Caty`s body thumped on the floor, it was done, she was dead killed by one of her own, Jackson shot Caty in the head.
