Bella stared at his words, and then she burst out laughing. The sound was almost unhinged in the empty room, and tears slipped from the corners of her eyes as she laughed.
All she had done was put up a single post, and even Xavier already seemed to think she was ruined. No one should have known better than Xavier what had or hadn't been done to her.
Her phone chimed again. When Bella opened the message, she realized it was from the courthouse. Her divorce petition had been approved, and in five more days, she could pick up the final divorce papers.
