Amber Gillbert

This woman sitting in front of Bryan was none other the famous Amber Gilbert. She is just as Bryan remembered her , strong , independent ,fearless woman who likes follow her own rules , in his last life this woman was the only one who had dared to openly throw water at his face in front of everyone without worrying about the consequences , she was the only woman who dared to stand against him and openly challenge him.

She was the only woman who made Bryan insecure and perhaps Amber was the only person whose anger really scared him even Bryan had thought twice before going against her.

Currently Amber was sitting in front of him with those cold eyes staring at him , Bryan suddenly felt cold, Amber had no expression on her face.

"I heard you called off you wedding " Amber said "what happened my sister wasn't able to satisfy you?"

Yes Sophy and Amber were sisters Sophy being the elder one. Their parents had divorced at a young age , Amber lived with her father while Sophy lived with her mother both were blood related sisters but Sophy had always hated Amber for some reason .

Amber on the other hand didn't held much feelings towards this sisters of hers she neither liked Sophy nor hated her , in his last life after Sophy had married Bryan , she had repeatedly tried to provoke  Amber , but Amber never paid attention .

Later on When Sophy gained a powerful backer , and started  executing her plan ; both Ashton and Amber tried to warn Bryan but he didn't listen not because he trusted Sophy but because he didn't care besides in his last life he never liked Amber or Ashton so why would he listen to them.

Bryan owed a lot to Amber in his past life because she had done many things for both him and Ashton, without asking anything in return , no matter what people say how cruel or cold -hearted Amber is but Bryan knew that Amber was a woman with a golden heart . But people always misunderstood her and feared her called her names , but nobody ever tried to understand her .

"Yes, your sister wasn't able to satisfy me because she was busy satisfying someone else would you like to know who it is " Bryan asked

"your father "

"how did you know" Bryan wasn't surprised at all  but he pretended to be

"I had a hunch , your father treated her better than his own family and supported her so much that I found it weird"

if you knew then why didn't you say anything"

"why should I;  your family matters  has nothing to do with me  and besides even if I did would you have listened to me "

Bryan lowered his eyes ; he would definitely insulted her if she had tried to tell him. Amber felt that there was something off about Bryan , it was already surprising to know that Bryan himself wanted to meet her and secondly it was even more surprising to know that Bryan was treating her so nicely and moreover Amber also saw....respect? maybe in Bryan's eyes . Amber didn't think much whatever Bryan thinks or does has nothing to do with her she was only here because Ashton had persuaded her to at least listen once to what Bryan had to say.

"anyway why did you wanted to meet me"

"I want to do business with 'Malberts'"

"absolutely not , there is your answer and I am leaving now"

"Amber Gilbert....I am not done talking" Bryan said in a firm voice but Amber wasn't affected at all she wasn't scared of Bryan , so his powerful dominant aura didn't suppress her

"then finish whatever you have to say but first answer my question why do you suddenly want to do business with us "

"both our companies are successful so it will only bring us profit if we-"

"don't give me that bullshit Bryan , it won't work on me ; if you are not going to talk straight to the point  then I am leaving ; I don't have time to waste ." Amber said her eyes stared deep into Bryan's soul as if interrogating him .

Bryan thought that he was really foolish to think that he can fool Amber. Since Amber is not going to buy any of his lies and he was going to be honest , after all this was Amber, Bryan knew that she would never harm him.

"because I your help and support and....I want to approach Ashton"

"I can understand the first part but I don't understand the second part.....Bryan Shaw let me warn you Ashton is a brother to me and if you are going to approach him just to harm him I swear to god I will rip your head apart"

"what makes you think that I will harm him"

"you never liked him to begin with"

"and how do you that ?"

"Bryan I don't know what you are playing at but I will not allow you to hurt Ashton he already had enough bullshit"

"I am not going to hurt him Amber I just want him to stay with me "

"why are you-" Amber suddenly stopped she looked at Bryan his expression and his eyes they held ..love so much love his eyes were gentle and there was a somewhat happy expression on his face ,

"what are your motives Bryan ? "

"I' ll be honest with you I love him"

"impossible"

"Its absolutely possible"

"I thought you were straight , and didn't you hated him for being gay?"

"I never hated him , actually I am deeply in love with him"

"how is it possible, and if you loved him then why did you not tell him"

"because back then I hadn't come to terms with my sexuality , but now I know that I love and I want him , but don't worry I won't force him , I will take it slow"

Bryan said without even blinking looking straight into Amber's doubtful eyes . Amber leaned back in chair and took a deep breathe this was getting annoying "why do you want my help"

"I want you to help me look for someone and also look for some information"

"do I look like a cop to you why should I do this"

"you don't have to do this , you just have to order your spies and they will do the job" Bryan said

Amber's eyes widen , she looked at Bryan stupefied Bryan on the other hand found Amber's reaction funny since it was rare to see her like this

"how do you-"

"Amber I know a lot more than you think your corporation trains spies and mercenaries  secretly , it is a huge secret of your company and also one of the reason why you can destroy your enemies with a blink of an eye" Bryan said with a smirk

In his last life when Sophy had gained that powerful Foreign backer , then there were many time someone had tried to attack Bryan and his families , Ashton and Amber had both warned him to do something about Sophie but he didn't listen because he thought that Sophie was a weak girl , plus Bryan and Sophie were husband and wife back then so Bryan thought that it would be better to trust his wife then an outsider and also because Bryan had developed a small crush on Sophie , Now thinking about this gives Bryan goosebumps he feels disgusted from his own self how can he like someone like Sophie he must have gone mad

Later on when Ashton died , because of Bryan , Amber completely lost her mind and she ordered all the guards and each and every person whom Ashton had sent to protect Bryan to come back , leaving Bryan all alone and unguarded and this was also the reason why Sophy was able to send Bryan to the asylum . Bryan doesn't feel angry at all , he thinks that Amber did the right thing whatever Bryan went through he deserved that otherwise he would have never learned his lesson.

Amber smirked back "Bryan since you know about this , then you must also knows that those trained people are not ordinary at all"

"of course I know they receive domestic as well as foreign training most of them are orphans ,or poor people in need of money they start from a young age so I can imagine how extraordinary they really are, and they are also your secret weapon , who take care of your enemies for you and they are extremely loyal to you ."

"Since you know how dangerous they aren't you scared that I will order them to 'take care' of you; after all you know something that you shouldn't"

"you wouldn't hurt me "

"and why do you think that"

"firstly because Ashton wouldn't let you and secondly  you wouldn't kill your boyfriend's brother"

Yes Amber was Aron's girlfriend both of them were madly in love with each other and wanted to get married , Aron was the only person who completely understood Amber and knew that she had a pure heart , that's why he fell in love with her while Amber also loved Aron because he never judged her and had always respected her. But before they could officially announce their relationship Aron's accident happened

Bryan didn't like Amber's personality because he heard other people talk about her so instead of trusting his brother's choice he trusted those baseless rumors as a result he wasn't much supportive of their relationship , and because he always judged her for this reason Amber never liked Bryan.

A trace of sadness and agony flashed in Amber's eyes when Aron was mentioned , Amber still remembers how happy they were with each other , that day they were suppose to have dinner with each other and it was the first time that Amber had cooked for someone else, she remembered how happy she was , in those days she spend with Aron she would smile genuinely , she would feel real happiness and comfort , Aron perfectly filled the empty gap in her heart , that day she waited and waited and waited and waited the food went cold  but Aron didn't show up , she called him so may times sent him so many message but didn't receive a single reply

That day  Ashton came running to her house crying bitterly , telling her that Aaron was gone she didn't believe but when she saw the news and when she saw Aron's family her heart broke and shattered into  million pieces , she felt so much pain in her heart that she passed out on the spot.

Amber can never move on from Aron.

"Aron is dead Bryan he is no longer here so why should I spare you for someone who isn't alive , dead people don't feel any emotions"

To be honest Amber held a lot of anger towards Aron , because he left her all alone despite promising her that he would stay with her forever. All those promises meant nothing after that day.

Amber's voice was heavy , Bryan could feel Amber's pain , this woman truly loved his brother , Bryan felt bad for making her sad .

"Aron is alive and I want your help to find him"

Amber banged her hand against the table and stood up , her eyes were red and her breathing was happy "THERE IS A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH YOU CAN LIE BRYAN SHAW!!!!!!..Aron is your twin brother how can you lies like this huh?"

Amber had a really short temper.

"I am not lying to you Amber "

"who told you this absurd thing I saw his dead body with my own eyes"

In his last life when Bryan was held in the Asylum, Sophy herself had told him that she had kept Aron alive too, she had clearly told Bryan , that Aron hadn't died from the car accident , because Sophy took him with her , according to her Aaron died clearly five years after the car accident, in an unknown place without anyone's knowledge .

If what Sophy had told him in his last life was true then he had to find Aron as soon as possible, Bryan knew how cruel Sophy is , he can't allow that mad woman to torture Aaron just like she did to him .

But he can't tell this to Amber.

"oh yeah ? then did you see his face with your own eyes did you let the doctors do postmortem of the body did you guys did any DNA test?"

Amber became quiet , Aron's body was completely burned , it was completely black how could someone see its face.

"if he is alive then where is he why doesn't he come out" Amber said

"its not because he doesn't want to come out , its because someone is hiding him"

"who is it"

'why don't you ask your sister"

"impossible Sophy doesn't have the guts to do something like this , unless-" Amber stopped in the mid-sentence

"unless someone is supporting her" Bryan completed her sentence "Sophy has a backer here in the country , and that backer is not an ordinary person otherwise how she hid Aron , who is one of the most influential person in the country"

"so you want me to find out who this backer is?"

"yes,"

"where is that b***h now?"

"I have imprisoned her along with my father , I was afraid that she might do something to Aron after I caught her red handed with my father so she is currently imprisoned with no contact with the outside world "

"she didn't say anything ?"

"I had send my people to interrogate her but nothing was found she wouldn't budge no matter how much they tortured her , it looks like she knows that her backer is strong but doesn't know  his exact identity and she also don't know the exact location where Aaron is kept "

"if what you said is true then I will do everything I could to find him"

"I know and one ore thing"

"what"

"I want Ashton with me by my side , the things in future is going to get ugly , to make sure Ashton is safe I want him in front of my eyes 24/7"

"I will agree to this condition only when you assure me that you will not hurt him"

"Actually I was thinking how about you also come and stay with us in our house"

"have you lost it"

" no; you see I am currently living in my grandpa's house with my mom , my mom's condition is not so good and grandpa is busy with the company and preparing the divorce papers also since things are gonna get dangerous I don't want you to live alone , what if something happened to you we wouldn't be able to help you in time , how will I answer my brother then huh?"

"shut up , you are annoying " Amber didn't wanted to argue with Bryan anymore so she decided to leave but before she could go out Bryan called out to her

"now what?"

"can you call Ashton here "

Amber raised a brow

"I know he is waiting for you in the car , please can you call him here I want to see him"

Bryan was giving her the puppy look same as Aron , she sighed in annoyance and called Ashton

"Ashton come upstairs" she said and hung  up the phone.
